Love chipotle, really don’t love this location. There are very few times they’ve gotten our online orders right. Will happily drive to a further location to open up the correct order. Also definitely get stale chips way more than fresh ones. Wish it were different because we LOVE chipotle.
Love Chipotle foods amazing and I love the convenience of ordering on the app but, it’s not worth is cause everyone I do I get way less food than if I were to order in line. I would give a 5 of 5 If they fixed that problem. Not just one time thing too, it happens everyone I order on the app
I’ve been going to Chipotle since I discovered it in college in 2006. This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever had. There was no flavor. Chicken was dry. Veggies weren’t grilled. I couldn’t even take more than 2 bites before throwing it away. The staff was rushed and not friendly. Do not go to this Chipotle.
I went in person, the staff were amazing helpful in putting together an allergy free meal, and were careful to avoid cross contamination.Thank you!The staff didn't know that I had just come from another location that botched an online order.
I could not believe the difference between the two chipotle’s near each other. This one out customer services the one in Provo by 10 fold. I live closer to the Provo location, but I’m going to this one from now on out. Johnathan was the best employee I’ve ever met.
Delivery was missing my burrito. Doordash said they would refund 50% of the order, even though the burrito cost more than 50%, (especially considering all of the delivery fees, online fees, and tips). Called the store all night with no answer and “memory full” so unable to leave message. Needless to say I about starved to death since I didn’t get dinner. At least I got my chips and guac. Hashtag I want my burrito!
I’m a fairly regular customer here and generally have had a good experience over the last 5 or so years, but today I was blown away by this place. I ordered a pickup burrito for 1:30 but was held up at work so I wasn’t able to get there until 1:45. When I walked in there were no orders on the takeout shelf, so I just thought they were behind due to how busy it was (Saturday lunch rush). I asked the employees if they had already made my order and they had, so someone else had taken mine. They apologized (not their fault people are dumb and take other peoples food), gave me a free drink, and had the burrito remade in just under a minute. Total time in the restaurant was like 2 min. Totally made my day at how pleasant they were and quick to get me my food :)
Super laid back here. I love the environment at this location.
Great chipotle location & staff. The taste & portions are always on point. I’ve never really been disappointed at this location. I personally drive further to Orem to go to this location. It’s a night & day difference compared to the Provo location (a nightmare) A steak bowl w/ 2 of those dank vingarette is the way!
Worst location EVER. Got a bowl, barely gave me any rice when I asked for more, she got rude w me. I didn’t get beans so I’d rather get more rice. Im always nice to fast food workers bc their jobs are definitely not the best to work in especially w rude customers but they’re always rude at this location even when your nice. Always such a disappointment when I get food here.
