From the start to the end and every aspect the place is great. I called ahead to ask about lines and they said there wasn't a problem. We showed up and there was somebody at the door with a tablet to take your order and we didn't know what to order because we hardly ever get to their stores and don't have them in our home state and she was really patient with us. The food was excellent and the place was clean, no reason at all to avoid and every reason to go there.

I’ve ordered from this store quite a few times and have always received respectful service. However the last time I ordered I was waiting for my food and asked for a cup of water while I waited to which one of the store employees said she could not get me a cup of water because she was off the clock. Extremely frustrating experience for someone asking for a simple cup of water. Chick fil a employees, you can do better than that!

I love it. The environment is always friendly and calm. The employees are friendly and helpful and you can see they work well together and are very efficient with communication although they lack sometimes. The drive thru is busy a lot but they do there best to keep it going smoothly. You can see that they really care about there employees. If an employee is having are hard the manager would rather send them home so they can rest or calm down then to keep them there and have them work when they are under lot of stress and are cracking under it, I hardly ever see a fast food place with such care for the people working there .The food is really good and I love the shakes. The fry's are a bit to soggy but they taste great well done. Keep up the great work!!

Generally love CFA but these guys get my order wrong a lot of the time. I've also had a couple sandwiches from this location where the chicken has been tough and hard to chew.

BEWARE: charging your card and saying they didn’t!!! I had the most horrific experience at Orem Chick-fil-A today. I never was treated so poorly at any other Chick-fil-A before. The person at the drive through couldn’t answer my questions for the longest time, and then took my card and ran it. Then waiting for my order, I am told that they never saw my card and never ran it. I gave them my card again and they ran it again - with a LOT of rude attitude when I asked how can I be sure they didn’t charge me twice. Then they still didn’t give me my food so I went inside - where they continued being totally disrespectful and refused to give me my receipt saying again they never saw my card and never ran it (after running it twice at this point). They never gave me my food either. I had to come back with my bank statement to show that my card was actually charged. Never even once I heard an apology, instead manager Alicia Brown (according to the pin she was wearing) got into my friends face saying to shut it and to not talk to her. So basically they charged my card, accused me of never giving them my card, didn’t give me my food or apologies, and continued being extremely rude. I’m not sure if they heard the “customer is always right” statement but in this case I’m wondering if they do this to steal money by charging peoples cards twice.

I’ve been here many times and the quality of food has always been great. The past visits haven’t been as positive and that’s why I’m leaving a review. They have gotten my orders on the last 3 visits wrong and quality on some orders was questionable. Buns are soggy on some sandwiches and fries filled like 3/4 of the way full and smashed in the bag to fit. Hope they can get some things figured out or I won’t be coming back.

The service was below expectations, the food was just okay, and the poor new cashier, whose name tag stated “in training”, was left alone in a made rush, and wasn’t sure what to do despite the 5-10 employees running/standing around behind him. Giving this two stars because they did replace the messed up sandwich with no hassle on my end, thank you, truly. The Orem Plaza location could use some work with their overall service and food quality, but still adequate if you’re hungry.

Slowest drive-thru ever took me 20 minutes to get my food. Other Chick-fil-A's 5 to 8 minutes and I was late to work. When I got up front one of the managers did not like when I told him his drive thru was the slowist I have seen from a Chick-fil-A. After that he gave me the worst attitude I've ever seen from a manager didn't even give me my receipt and would not let me scan to get my reward points. Don't think I'll ever return because of him.Fail here!

It was very busy which is normal for Chick-fil-A, but the service was still great. Got our food fairly fast, and they gave us tons of extra sauces. Would come back to this Chick-fil-A again.
