Whoever worked the morning shift today left us waiting for about 7 minutes with no response after the initial order intro. I kept asking for help & no one answered, the person in front of me took forever too but the person that helped them didn't bother to communicate with us. We reversed out & drove to another one a few miles away & got service immediately.
My wife ordered a #1 Famous star with cheese meal, and there was no cheese, so I went up to get it corrected, they made another one, hanfed it to my wife and it still didn't have cheese. It was the current shift manager and she asked that the $1.99 one didn't come with cheese, I pointed to the picture and words that day famous with cheese, in the #1 meal, and that we didn't say without cheese. Then the person behind when they ordered said they were not a "Karen", the cashier grinned. We won't be back if we can help it if this is the kind of service intended by the managers and owners.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CARLS JUNIOR. Horrible customer service, they have the same monotone girl that always works there. I asked for 8 fry sauces and they only can give you 2. I even offered to pay for the extra and buy more food just to get more, and they still denied me lol. I asked for her manager and she said that she was the only one. They do not care about their job. I’ve never written a food review before but this place is ridiculous, so just go to a different one or just a different place
The food was okay, but when the service is horrible and the workers are extremely rude, won't even look at you and give you the worst attitude it's almost uncomfortable to order food or even ask a question it doesn't matter how good the food is. Not only was the attitude horrible by all workers but to watch someone put their hair in a pony tail right at the front counter and then handle food without washing their hands is disgusting. The play ground is literally falling apart we watched a child's Leg fall completely through. Hopefully that gets fixed before someone falls through down about 20 feet. Will not go back because of the customer service.
Drive thru service is usually pretty quick, I always get my Beyond meat Star burger and it's always great. The cashiers are all very nice and lines are always short thus fast. It's a little more expensive than other fast food burger places but I believe it's worth it. If you are wanting a good burger but are a vegetarian like me, I would give it a try! 9/10 would recommend
The food was decent, pretty warm and tasted good.The customer service a One maybe one of the workers was kind the rest rude and very snotty. 7:31 pm on a Wednesday, and they have like 7 girls here. They were all standing right in the front very unwelcoming. Give us nasty looks the whole time. Disappointed tbh, need kinder people here.
So when you order burgers, and you get home with a bun and cheese is all with no pattie, you think they would tell you when you order it! we ordered 3 burgers not ONE pattie, will not return!
Good food but cleanliness is not on the menu. There were only two clean tables in their large seating area. A staff of four behind the counter and an empty parking lot. Why wasn't anything clean? The three stars are for the food.
This one always seems cool. Never had a problem here and the drive through moves decent. AND these folks haven't begged for tips like the Carls on 500 east in American Fork
I have lived nearby this Carl’s Jr. location for about 3 and a half years now. We have eaten here several time in that time. If we ever use the drive through or any other means of getting food except for dining in, there is always missing items. The food is good but I will not eat here again. My order has been screwed up to many times and I have given enough chances.
