This could have been a 2 star review because my sandwich was screwed up but I callled and they refunded my whole purchase! Way to have excellent customer service! Will be back for sure!
I love Zupas, I think their food tastes delicious which is why my family decided to go here for dinner. The line was surprisingly small which I was thrilled about! I place the order, nothing super complicated—try 2 combo. I get to the end waiting to pay for my food and I felt like I was waiting for 15 minutes. The lady in front of me was finally able to pay for her food and after they finished helping her I again waited another 10 minutes for them to call me over. They finally ushered me over and my order was wrong, so they made me wait (understandably so) for my order and then rang me up. After they rang me up the individual hung on to my food and started ringing up the next person. Waiting 25 minutes to finally pay for my food when the line was very short and they have what seemed like a million employees behind the counter is tragic. And then asking for my food. Food is great, customer service was severely lacking. Either they were all in a grumpy mood or no one knew what they were doing.
Ok sandwiches and tasty soups. I like the variety of desserts as well.This location is somewhat smaller than others that I visited.Nice people and friendly location. I like the convenience that this is close to everything.This is a great option if you are looking for a quick bite.Price is reasonable but portions are small.
Always busy at this location, but employees are friendly and service is fast. I really appreciate their willingness to customize food options for food allergies. The outdoor seating area has umbrellas for shade. Restaurant and outdoor seating were clean and well maintained.
I am from back East and was introduced to Zupas when I moved out to Utah.I love everything about Zupas. Ive gone through the entire menu of salads and there isn't a single one that I didn't like, but I keep going back to my favorite (Strawberry Harvest).Soups are delicious too, and don't get me started on the sandwiches!5 Stars all around!!
The food here is great.The service is an enigma to me. I’m here now, there are about 35-40 people waiting in line. There is one person making salads at a leisurely pace, and the person assigned to the soup station is just standing there leaning against the cold table contributing nothing to his team of three employees during a very obvious rush period.I’d love to see some more employees behind the counter. The food tastes good enough to continue to come here, but only when I have the time to literally wait for half an hour in line for a meal.
Really good. The food is always great quality, and is for a good price. I usually get the try two combo with the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and the avocado bacon salad or whatever it's called. Or instead of the salad, get the tomato soup. You won't regret it.
The selection is very good. Soup was good, salad was delicious but the amount could be better. They don't chop any of the greens in the salad so it looks very full but u end up getting half a salad u ordered. Everything else was good.
Zupas is great and I’ve never had a bad experience at any of their locations. That said, I wanted to give a shout-out to this Orem location. The staff is super friendly and extremely fast. I go to this one a lot. They’ve never messed up my online order and when you eat inside they’re super clean too.
The food tastes good, but for the price, you really should be getting more. The sandwiches are often sort of slapped together. And $1.50 for a chocolate dipped strawberry should be a nice big strawberry. Sometimes they're just dinky little nothings.
