I waited in line to get my order, and it took about 10 minutes, but I was the second person in line. I didn’t really mind it though. When I finally got to the register I was told I need to wait 10 minutes. When I got my order taken Douglas seemed annoyed, but I didn’t pay any mind to it. After I finished saying my order Douglas said something under his breath, but I didn’t hear what he said. Out of courtesy I said, “ sorry I didn’t catch that. “ I guess I shouldn’t of said that because he grunted and told me my total. I apologized, and said thank you Then went to my table to wait for my food. 10 minutes passed I didn’t mind, than 15 minutes passed I started wondering where my food was, finally at 20 minutes I decided to go up to the counter and ask for my food. I waited about five minutes for someone to come up to the counter and when they did I was told that they forgot to make my food. I could tell the guy was high off his mind, but he was the only one willing to help me. He told me he was really sorry and he gave me an extra fry while I wait which was super nice of him. Then he came and handed me my food personally and I said thank you. The only reason why I’m giving three stars is, because the only person willing to help me was some one who was as high as a kite.
We waited there just now for 20 min until I give up! There were 1 woman and 1 man totally useless. I’m sorry but he was there watching her working and walking around while she was trying really hard and she couldn’t because they had no staff in the restaurant to prepare the food!!!! You should close the doors if you don’t have staff or at least leave a note outside so customers are ware that any order will take at least 40min to be ready. Honestly this is really bad service!
I did have an accident by spilling a cup. Was going to clean it up and I apologized for it, but a worker told me not too. Then the female manager gave me a dirty look and started to make me feel bad by talking about cleaning up my own mess.
The burger was good. The employees were super friendly! Great customer service!
When I tried to place my order tonight, Doug was the cashier. He told me he couldn't take my order for 10 to 15 minutes because they had too many burgers to make. I demanded that he take my order and he gave in. It's unprofessional for a cashier to refuse to take someone's order...
I didn’t catch his name, but the older gentlemen working the register was amazing. Truly a great employee. There was a line out the door and continued to work efficiently with a smile on his face. This man deserves a raise no doubt.
Sat15Jan2022 Ted and Lisa are wonderful and amazing‼️It was busy here on Sat afternoon and they’re short staffed. Only the 2 of them running the restaurant and doing a great job with confidence and smiles! They should get a big raise for doing so great under immense pressure and not enough help! CHEERS‼️??????

Extremely slow! They don’t care about customer service. You will stand at the counter for a long time just to get service if you ask for sauce they will only give 1 even if you bought multiple meals…. They also didn’t put toys in the kids meals…. Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.
I was craving some spicy chicken nuggets and there was a big ad for spicy chicken nuggets, and when I went to order they said they didn't have spicy chicken nuggets there (with the large ad right behind them). They didn't say they were out or they had just stopped doing them, just no explanation.
