Amazing! I seriously love my Blendtec and have been very impressed with their customer service. I thought for years that I wanted one but didn't want to spend that much on a blender. I finally decided to buy a used one on a local website. As soon as I got it, I was amazed by its blending power. I have used my Ninja almost daily for years, and the taste difference is noticeable because the Blendtec blends so well that no little pieces of spinach, dates, or even carrots are noticeable. This makes it so that my young kids like smoothies better, and they don't know they're eating veggies. :) I was really impressed with the customer service because the used one I bought started having a serious issue with the jar. When I called the company, they helped me figure out the problem. They even gave me a discount on the new jar (even though I bought it used!). The person told me that the warranty holds even if it's sold. It was just past the jar's 3-year warranty date, and so that's why I needed to pay for the new one. Still, I thought this was great that they didn't do what most companies would have done, which was voiding the warranty because I bought it from someone else. They seem to really stand by their products. I would recommend a Blendtec to anyone!

We had a blender for just year before it started to smoke and burn up. We tried to get help from the customer services team, but they ignored us as soon as they found out we were at the year mark. For me, it’s too much to pay for a blender that only lasts a year before it won’t slice a banana. Plus, it looks like company doesn’t back their products.

Very durable blender. I’ve been using it daily and it works as if it’s brand new and continues to be reliable after over 500 blends.

I bought a Blendtec blender from Costco, and it went out on me after minimal use. They replaced it during the warranty period with a rebuilt blender. That blender broke just after the warranty expired. Blendtec will not offer repair for any blender not in warranty. Two blenders broke within this time frame. I think I will try another brand next time.

I've been trying to get ahold of the receptionist for about a week. All you hear is the awful music until you either hang up or leave a VM (which goes unreturned anyways, so it's pointless) because literally NO ONE EVER picks up. Either hire help or replace whoever is holding the position as the receptionist because they are the worst.

I've been trying to get a response on a warranty claim for literally over a year. I email about twice a month asking for help. I've spoken with multiple customer service reps and I always get ghosted, start a new email thread, then get disregarded by that person. Half a dozen email threads going, over 30 emails, and no response from anyone.Over a year with still no response or resolution to my warranty claim. Truly unbelievable.

My Blendtec jar bearings went out and I contacted the company with the intention of purchasing a replacement. Turns out I was still under a very gracious warranty and they sent a free replacement. Who else does that? If and when this one finally wears out, I will absolutely purchase another Blendtec product.

Never try and take one of their products back. Their return policy is ridiculous because they require you to verbally talk with a customer service rep in order to get approval for returns. Fine. But they DO NOT answer the phone. I've been on hold for over two hours. Such a joke. HORRID customer service.

Blendtec is a tricky beast, because we really like the product and the warranty (we've actually had our jar replaced twice and our base replaced once in the five years that we've owned it), but actually getting in contact with anyone for help can be a real pain.First, their information is all over the place. The phone customer service system will say that they're open from 8-2 M-F, but the website says that the customer service is open from 8:30-2 M-Th. Even if you call during a time they say they'll be available, they may not be and you'll be hung up on by the automated system.Second, if you do happen upon a time when they're answering their phones, you will be waiting to talk to a representative for at least two hours. So budget some serious time if you go this route.Third, you may think that you can skip the phone line and send in an email or use their online contact form. However, you will be waiting for forever. They don't respond to those. I have sent several over the last five months and still haven't received a response.

Worst customer service EVER! Don't answer the phone, emails, online requests, questions and their online warranty registration process does not work. How do you run a company like this? Unbelievable. They claim it's due to COVID, but even if their employees are working remotely from home, they can still answer calls and respond to emails. Inexcusable.
