Overall, Beans & Brews is a fantastic coffee shop. The flavor, quality and value per dollar is EXPONENTIALLY better than Starbucks. Overall a fantastic place to grab a drink and a bite to eat. I like their Egg White Croissant, and they have an amazing Cocoa Bean frappe that uses a delicious whip cream and three shots of espresso to make it this perfect mix of creamy and earthy coffee flavor. Skål to the employees that REALLY know how to make this.I would give a full five star review, but often at this location you seem to find the staff are either inattentive or rude. Obviously this doesn't apply to all, but I'd say of the 2/3 times a week we get coffee, half the time someone is quite dreary and treats you like you're just an annoyance. I get it, we totally are, we're customers, but even a slightly positive tone can turn the tide of your customers day, which is quite important considering it's at the start.Again, a great place to grab a bite to eat and a good drink, which in the end is why we're there.
I have tried to order my usual drink several times to give the benefit of doubt. Everytime I have to have it remade. It is bitter or watered down or both. Everyone makes mistake but this is every time. This was my final attempt of five to have it improved. I am taking my business somewhere else until the customer service and quality of drinks have been improved
I love B and B but came for the first time to the Orem location and had a bad experience. I ordered 1 smal expresso floats both with whipped cream but one with caramel driZle and decaf and the girl gave me one medium and both with caramel drizzle. I wondered why I paid more and when told her that the medium was supposed to me for my daughter and that I dont want her to drink too much coffee she offeres to reso it but then ahw was not going to refund the difference in size.
Slow lines and the girls at the window always look miserable. Please train these girls to be more personable and to offer smiles. The lines can be slow, but if you’re not greeted well, it definitely makes for a bad experience.
Coffe is always cold and never fresh brew
The coffee was great, family really enjoys the drinks here. What's stopping me is the wait time. I was in the drive thru line behind 2 other people as was there for almost 15 minutes for the people in front of me, then it took almost 15 minutes for them to get my drinks ready, other then that I was completely satisfied. The employee was really nice and was doing her best to get everything done.
A bit upset. Went through the drive thru, lady that took my order did not give me price or to even confirm my order (large ice Carmel cello w/ 1 extra shot of expresso) drove off and then looked at the transaction and saw they literally charged almost 16 dollars for one drink. Lesson learned with the Orem location, go inside to order…
Had to wait forever for someone to answer at the drive thru. When the girls finally answered they were laughing too much to even ask what I would like. They also turn their blenders off an hour before closing.
