The service has always been good for us here. Really friendly. Never had any issues.
Awesome three young ladies working their tails off on this fine New Years Day/Night. They were swamped and super busy and was still able to give great recommendations, helped us with a smile and gave me time to decide on the flavors I wanted. Amazing!
Despite having a lobby full of annoying and insufferable customers, the 3 workers did a fantastic job and kept their cool. Give them a raise.
My favorites ice cream flavors of all time, BR does not seem to change their recipes for the ice cream flavors or products used. I'm over 40 years old and this has been mine and my family's go to ice cream place forever. I'm a big fan of the orange shebert, choc chip and jamoca almond fudge. This place will treat you great and you'll enjoy the flavors you choose.
Save your money and find either a different baskinrobbins location or other ice cream place. I have had my last 7 orders from this location be wrong. Either the employees don't know how to read or they purposely are not giving people what they ordered. This is a joke, i have lost so much money because of their laziness and lack of professionalism. I have also had an employee WRITE on my order, mocking me for having extra fudge that i PAID for.
Cashier Caucasian lady is rude and honestly did not make me feel welcome, she cursed at me and was very upset prior to me seeing her. Would not recommend this place.
Cashier, white lady was talking to me in a very rude tone and used several curse words while talking to me. Terrible customer service
Great ice cream, great staff, and fair prices. The shop has been around since I was a kid and could use a good deep cleaning other than that no complaints!
The ice cream was good, but a little melted. The bad thing is that none of the employees were wearing gloves and they had their bare hands all over the ice cream. This is gross and unsanitary even if there wasn't a global pandemic. Inside was also dirty.
