Picked up my order tonight from the American fork location, I’m obsessed with these guys. But I got home and realized my salad was half filled and thought that was strange. But oh well, I was eating it and realize my protein avocado crisp salad didn’t have the protein in it! Super bummed not only did I leave a tip but they are also $15 salads ? no chicken

Lots of combinations of the same ingredients so variety is not a problem. The taste and quality are not a problem, in fact the flavors were quite good. Big lunch crowd.

Aubergine is absolutely one of my all time favorite restaurants. The best way to describe the experience is that it's an extremely healthy version of Rio or Vida, but with multiple nationalities of food for inspiration. The best part, the INGREDIENTS. You can tell Aubergine cares about what it's putting into the dishes, and every meal has been satisfying to eat. It's got COPIOUS amounts of Gluten & Vegetarian friendly options. There is a wide array of textures and flavors within each meal. My absolute favorite is the Harvest Chicken Bowl that has Kale, Almond Rice, Broccoli, Grilled Chicken, Sweet Potato/Yams and I get mine with Black Beans for the extra bite and flavor! The chicken is cooked well and not fatty, the vegetables are all usually cooked through and well, and often have a nice gentle sear on the outside to give em even more savoriness. This is a place that even when the food is cold, it's good. Give it a shot, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

The food is good but DANG it's expensive. The chicken sandwich was $11 and didn't even come with anything else other than the sandwich. Maybe other menu items are more worth the cost but $11 for a chicken sandwich and nothing else is kind of outrageous. The girl working the counter was a bit snotty. We tried to pay with cash but she said that they had no change to give us. Ya'll are running a restaurant, there's no way you don't have change in your drawer. The food is good, and the only reason its getting 3 stars is just based on the taste. But factoring in experience and "bang for your buck", this simply isn't it. Especially not with inflation being so high. Go to zupas, get a sandwich and a salad for $9 and you won't leave hungry or mad that you paid $24 for 2 chicken sandwiches and nothing else.

3 visits in one day!Holy smokes, this place is Ah-mazing! The restaurant itself was clean and maintained. The juice choices were unique and flavorful. The menu had plenty of Dairy and Gluten free options. The menu board was a lot to take in when you first walk in the door. Every entree/ bowl comes with this gluten free cheese roll. Definitely worth trying if you don't have a dairy allergy. They had almond and coconut milk based milk shakes. They were yummy!Highly recommend this establishment.A few negative notes.I wanted to pay cash and he acted like it was a sin. Requested I pay digital. On one visit of this day, my friend had to come back up and pay for me. That was ridiculous.

We enjoyed a delicious meal. I have dietary restrictions and was pleasantly impressed by the quality and nutrition of the menu options. The Vegan options accommodate our Vegan kids too, which is a bonus. We will definitely return to Aubergine again and again.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEE this place. But the only thing that takes away from it are the employees:(They don't really seem to care and I always see them on their phones and they will ignore the customers. That is the only downside! I've also gone like 4 times and they run out of the cheese bread WHICH IS THE BEST PART(:Food is so great!!! But I would re-evaluate who you are hiring and maybe have older employees watching over the teens that work there :/

We went and got the Spicy Coconut Curry Bowl as well as the Chicken Caprese Melt and the cheesy bread (pão de queijo)Yum ?We really enjoyed the fresh flavors and quality of food. The food was ready in a timely manner and great service. We are excited to come again soon and try more. The next thing in our list is the Acaì Bowl.UPDATE: We tried the Falafel Platter and Wild Fish Platter and they where divine. As for the Acaì Bowl it was everything and more. By far the most authentic Acaì bowl I have ever had outside of Brazil.Defiantly worth multiple visits.

I have always loved the clean, healthy food at Aubergine. I appreciate having a place to go to that actually uses ingredients that builds our health instead of hurting our health. I usually order to-go but tonight my family and I dined in and we had a wonderful experience! The staff were extremely kind and helpful with answering my questions and the food was as delicious as always!

It was fast and tastes good and healthy! I got the wild salmon bowl and the flavors went together well. My wife got the spicy coconut curry bowl with cauliflower rice and loved it! It wasn't too spicy and was very filling. We will definitely be back!
