I came with my parents and sister to order in the drive through. From the looks of it and how long it took they were sitting around and not making any food. When we got to the window they took another 5 minutes to give us the food that was sitting on the counter. Also when ordering they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m never coming here again. When I go through the drive thru I expect it to be fast, have nice people who are professional, and the food to be fresh. Thank you!
Wow! how bland. Was it the after taste of frost bitten burger? Was it the most tasteless food I’ve ever eaten? Yes. Applebees has more flavor than the burger and fries I just ate. Not to mention the coke was low so I tried the sprite..and shocker is was almost more tasteless than the food. If you want to eat a cheap burger and you’ve lost your taste buds from covid this is the place for you.
This is a classic Utah County local fast food restaurant. We just went through the drive through where the person running the drive through was very rude and told us that we didn't say what we had said. We ordered a vanilla/cherry shake and were told they couldn't make two flavors. We were curious and asked why? We were told that they had cherry ice cream but couldn't make a cherry/vanilla shake. We were also told that we could only order a large size. When we got to the window we watched another employee mix cherries into a vanilla shake so we asked why we couldn't get one like that? We were treated poorly by that same individual... We left with the impression that that person would rather be rude than perform the job they showed up to do.They have good food, we were disappointed in the customer service.
For a time they didn't have really LARGE drinks but I think they have them back...or maybe that was "Crown burger"...Anyway...their large drinks are LARGE great fries and the "Gyro" sandwich had tons of purple onions, which I just LOVE!!!Fast food, but it was 4:00 PM...service was good!
My date and I are enamored by the baklava’s smooth but flaky texture complete with the classic pistachio finish. So good. So tasty. Baklava.
I love the burgers from here so good!! The one in the picture is the Utah burger. I recommend it if you like meat!
I used to go here all the time and then moved so didn't have it close by but got a craving and went there. Nothing like I remember. Bun was cold. Food was cold. Fries not as crispy and seasoned. Trying to go too fast food. I want warm buns. I'll pay the price but want the mouth melting burger I used to get.
Love the Apollo burger. The fries here are huge, much bigger than other locations. We had a pretty large order (8 people) but they got it out quick and it was correct!
The food is definitely ok, not great or gross, just fine. My stomach wasn't happy with me later but more importantly the prices, ? $45 for three sandwiches, two fries and fried mushrooms?!? We didn't even order drinks! What happened to this location? You're a fast food burger joint that can't compete with the delicious but also expensive JCWs! I also never paid this much at JCWs unless we also ordered three shakes with our meals! With these prices, we won't be back.
Have always loved this place for its burgers. But came for breakfast as cafe next door was packed. WOW! My new breakfast go to. I got Mt. Apollo..eggs over bacon, hash browns and cheese. Wife got breakfast sandwich. As good as any sit down breakfast around. We will be back
