Three stars because the food was good and fast. We ordered online to go and it was ready quickly. The portion sizes are what I would expect for a kids meal. We thought it was pricey when we ordered it and when we got the small take out boxes that were mostly rice, we knew we overpaid. Maybe it’s better inside? It tasted good. Beware that they don’t label the take out boxes and the sauces look the same. The crab cheese wontons BARELY have filling, so don’t order those. The soup is good and a regular portion. The lack of “adult” food was disappointing. I think we will drive the extra time and go to Wing-wah. When you order from there, they fill a regular sized take out box and give lots of meat.
I was not impressed with today’s meal. They are charging top dollar for so so and bland dishes. At between 13-16 dollars a plate, I would expect better taste and presentation. The dish I ordered looked nothing like the picture and was missing its vegetables. Staff was friendly but didn’t seemed engaged like they didn’t want to be there, nor was she attentive. I will not be going back.

The waitress who has been pulling double shifts since July is amazing I suggest though you probably ought to get her some help before she gets burnt out you can only run an engine so long before it's out of gas as far as food goes 5 stars as well. Please get that poor waitress some help though I feel like somebody's taking advantage of her kindness
Came for a birthday celebration and wasn't disappointed! Great service- our party was 11 people and all orders were accurate and hot when delivered to the table. Drinks were kept full and the general atmosphere was pleasant. Always happy when I find a place that has walnut shrimp let alone one as delicious as theirs is! The almond ding was also pretty good with lots of almonds. The calamari pieces were battered perfectly and fried to perfection, wish they had more dipping sauce options but nothing else could've been better for me, definitely will come again.
I ordered $60 worth of food on the way back from a 7 hr road trip through door dash (the only way to order without calling in) order stated 30 min completion time; I showed up 6 minutes early and was happy to wait; the kid working the front told me ten minutes which was again totally fine. At about twenty minutes of waiting I’m getting a little impatient—I’ve seen several other people come in and order in front of me at the counter and gather their food in the time that I’ve been waiting as well as people get seated and have appetizers brought out to them. At thirty minutes I inquire at the front again and I am told sorry the kitchen is getting backed up it will be another 30-45 minutes. At that point it has been an hour since our initial order and thirty minutes past when our order was promised to me at my arrival to the restaurant By now I’m visibly frustrated with being jerked around and seeing many orders go out that took place after ours. When I ask to cancel our order the owner or presumed shift lead told me that I can only cancel through the app which told us that it was too late to cancel and that we couldn’t get our money back. Shift lead (or owner) took our order receipt off the line and threw it away in front of me without any sort of apology. I was simply dumb struck. Food isn’t normally bad there and it’s really close to our house so I’m really bummed this happened because I wanted to be a repeat customer (and I have previously ordered from there with no issues). We’re still trying to get our money back from door dash because two hours after we left the restaurant they marked the order as completed. The cherry on the cake is a small cockroach crawled across the front counter during my thirty minute wait… So all in all that absolutely sucked and I won’t be coming back. Oh also if the owner would like to help me out with getting our $60 back that would be great. Luckily Panda Express is not too far away.
Their food and service are consistently top quality. We know when we dine there it will be very nice.
I enjoy the food from Zhangs, its always delicious.
