My kids always ask for Zeppes whenever we’re getting a treat. Their custard is delicious and their signature Italian ice is soft and yummy. We love where they mix the custard with the Italian ice. I think it’s called a gelata , yum!!

The best staff! We came Friday august 14th and the order taker we had was awesome! She had the best fun bubbly personality! We even tipped her 5$! If I come and have a problem there managers are always on top of it! I just wanna give a shout out to their Friday night staff very fast and was so friendly! Thank you zeppes management and employment for making our experience so enjoyable every time we come!!
Girl who took my order had a paper that said “welcome to zooters” not completely sure what that means but to me it seems risqué and unprofessional. Waited in line for quite a while while one very nice boy was taking ALL the orders by himself with no help then this girl comes out with the tag and starts to take our order. I know she’s a teenager but very very unprofessional.
we have gone here 5 times now. they have messed up at least one item on every single order. Today we went and had to wait almost 40 minutes because they kept messing up a simple order. ended up coming to our car 3 times just to ask if they got it right. Then I check my account and I see a charge for $28. we ordered 3 gelatos and two pretzels. should not be $28.
My husband and I love zeppes it is our go to date night! The most delicious Italian ice.
Ordered and waited 35 minutes for one gelato, while several customers who came in after me received theirs, are and left. I Reached out to an employee, said “I’ll go check” waited an additional 10 minutes and still nothing happened. Asked for a refund.. took an additional 10 minutes. 55 minutes for one medium gelato and left empty handed. Not impressed. I had left a $5 tip as well.
