Short staffed yet still took 3 different people to take my order and figure out the register. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting for my food.Update: make sure you try your fries and look over your food before you leave. My fries are inedible and they managed to screw up a chili. A chili! The incompetence seems intentional.
The app is frustrating to get on . Called, it took 20-30 min wait on phone to reset my password. They cover their chicken in the sandwich with so much other stuff, bacon, crushed potatoes chips, honey, that you can't taste the chicken. Weird. Perhaps some people like that but not me. Then there were 3 families in line and they didn't even bother to say, we will be with you in a second or a minute, the cashier just seemed to doddle around and take his time in the back before coming forward.
They knew how to use mobile pay on the app and were very helpful
Cashier was friendly. When my husband asked for napkins because there were none in the lobby, the manager abruptly told him they had NONE at all. Supplies are an issue all over, I know, and maybe she was tired of telling people, but she wasn't nice about it. Food was okay.

Certainly the best Wendy’s I’ve been to, surprisingly in Ogden.I’m a foody and very very picky when it comes to fast food chains… it feels like MOST places you go you never really get what you pay for, and at MOST places you certainly feel like YEP THESE ARE MIN WAGE WORKERS. (Not that anything is wrong with those who work for min wage I wish you all an opportunity to make more, cuz you deserve it.)BUT THIS WENDYS, is certainly on the right. I always get food fast, the food is always fresh, always seems like they care how it’s wrapped and how it gets to you, they never miss my sauces, they never mess up my order and they don’t skimp on simple things such as putting a half cup of ice in your drink so you only get a half cup of soda. They simply just take care of you.I’ve gone to every Wendy’s (since my wife also loves the place) in a 50 mile radius at least once or twice. I used to hate Wendy’s, but this Wendy’s is spot on. Is anywhere perfect? No, but out of any managed fast food chain in the area I would say this place bars right up there with the big dogs! Not a McDonalds or BK come Along, at at just as good a price.
Let's me start by saying I love Wendys..But my experience at this location has been hit and miss with the customer service..Today my wife and I go to wendys..We ordered Apple Pecan salad, bourbon hamburger, sour cream amd chive potato and some chili.(I ask for extra dressing and pecans for the salad).The girl that took the order was very pleasant and fast..Came to $20.31, we pull to the window and we got a gift card for $20 for Christmas so we dig out the 31 cents..The kid at the window states how much it is.I give.him the gift card and he shuts the window on me ie: I still have my hand out with the change..The girl that took the order saw me and opened up the window and I told her that he snatched the card without the change..She apologized and she took the change...He comes back with the bags and hands them to me...No thank you!! And shuts the window...No extra dressing or pecans ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️ COME on wendys do better...
This was the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t know how long it had been sitting but the tomato disintegrated as I tried to take it off, the lettuce was a sickly green and the meat was cold and splotchy. Completely inedible. Do better Wendy’s.
Always fast and friendly and great new fries! And they went out of their way to make some plain burgers for our pupos
Despite what everything says, including the hours of operation on the door, the dining room is not open and they have the doors locked. You can still order for indoor pickup on the app and when you walk there you have to bang on the door and wave to get someone's attention. They seriously need to get their s*** figured out.
