It’s Wendy’s so you know what you’re getting. The food was good and the staff was friendly. The booth we sat in was wiped off and clean. They made a mistake on the frosties and we’re quick to fix them.
The assembly team or whatever you want to call them can't follow instructions on an order. I had my girlfriend pick up a breakfast sandwich for me on the reciept it says clear as day no American cheese. Sub asiago cheese.These guys put American cheese on it, then nobody seems to want to answer the phone to handle my complaint.And this is not the first time either, I have had on going issues with the service at this location. Most I just disregard because I can pick off the tomatoes and pickles. But there comes a time when lack of attention is too much to ignore and needs to be called out.
Every time I come here, I keep hoping it's just an off day.How can there be like 8 people behind the counter and my food still tastes like it's been sitting out all day?And skimping on fries because they don't want to drop another basket in the fryer for my order?? C'mon...I understand it's fast-food. That's why I have low expectations and I keep coming here hoping the food will actually taste like it's been made in the past 30 minute's. But wow consistently disappointing. Just hoping someone sees this so the problem can be fixed. People pay for this food guys.
They could improve on some things at this location. They mess up orders the soda machines are usually messed up. Not the cleanest.
It's good to sit down and eat again, I'm sick of having to go through the drive through.
Good customer service and reasonable prices for quite good food. They are quick with for fast they make it but it doesn't effect the quality. Even better if you're on lunch break
I love Wendy's, their bourbon burger is amazing. I would highly recommend it for anyone who hasn't tried it!
Riverdale Wendy's is getting better. Service was fantastic after several years of NOT eating here. Happy to say that they HAVE definitely cleaned this place up!
Bought a spicy chicken sandwich (this is my favorite place to get it from) and baked potato with butter, sour cream, cheese sauce & shredded cheese. If you like cheese, I suggest you try ordering it with both. And it's that time of year, you can get your Frosty key chains!!! Love this. Then for the year, you get a free jr. Frosty with purchase. Great for stocking stuffers or to put in with Christmas cards??? They were fast and my order was correct.
Ok, we went to Wendy’s tonight, 12/13/2021 at 6pm. We wanted to try the new and improved fries that we have heard so much about.Well, let me tell you that they were some of the worst fries we have ever had, anywhere. Cold, cold, cold, I also ordered a single with everything as did my wife. The burgers were cold also. We avoid ordering online because they obviously have to bag it up in advance or what is the point. It seems that since covid, fast food places have gone in one of two directions. Either rising above it all and improve everything from service to food quality or they just gave up on it all. This Wendy’s falls obviously into the latter. The one positive about this new "fast food world order" is that it makes it very easy to put these into their proper preference for future options.
