I live in Ogden and have been going for years. I usually order the Avocado Scrimp Louie Salad, I haven't been in a few years because of covid. My brother went for lunch, and I ordered the 1/2 Shrimp Louie. So small not even a tablespoon of shrimp salad, the boiled eggs looked like a full half but was only a thin slice. very little avocado, what looked like a "nub" of bread with it. The full order shows a picture of a scoop of shrimp salad I have had it many times but the 1/2 is only $2.00 less and could have been a side salad. Ridicules for $11.89. My brother's pastrami burger was so dry he couldn't eat it. For a whooping $12.79

Let me start by saying I originally gave this place 5 stars. The food is amazing, the service was amazing. What made me edit my review was the fact that I found two hairs. One of them I was willing to let go, not even basing my review off of it. The first was coiled around my fork that was nearly wrapped in a napkin. I told the waiter, got an apology, and the issue was easily fixed. The second was found this afternoon when I was heating my leftovers. The same type of hair that was on the fork, was in my food. I was so disappointed. I realize stuff happens, but hair nets, or pulling the hair out of the way has to be done when feeding the public.
The Greenery is always a family favorite, and delicious choice! If you're in the mood for a delicatessen style lunch, this is the place!
Love the food, it's never over or under cooked. Lots of options on the menu and they're happy to give recommendations! It's one of my favorite places :) make sure you get an order of the Mormon muffins!
My son had fallen on our way In and scraped up his knees and hands, the host was so sweet, got him some bandaids and brought out a few snacks before we even ordered just to help him feel a little better. I have been coming here sense I was little and I still love it to this day! The food is always yummy, and the atmosphere makes it even better. Definitely an Ogden classic!
We went to the Greenery today, the food was excellent and so much food. The waiter that we had Scott S. was excellent also,we have never had a better waiter. I would rate 20+ if I could.We definitely be going there again.
Awesome place to take the family, it was neat to read its history in the hallway! Great restrooms as well!
Usually I have a wonderful experience here, but not this time. Had to send really old and crusty food back. It was a hundred degrees sitting in the greenery. Just an overall big miss for these guys. I would recommend going in the evening when it's not busy.
