My order was incorrect and I returned to get the items that were missed. The employees, especially Peter went well beyond and turned a bad situation into a good one because of Peter’s efforts. He did such a great job along with the staff member taking order in the drive thru but I didn’t catch his name.I would have rated 5 stars but as soon as the manager, Cassie, saw a customer inside the lobby a few minutes after it closed, she then proceeded to reprimand him next to his coworkers until I told her he was doing a great job and he turned a bad situation into a good one. I can’t imagine how staff members felt seeing a coworker berated but the staff were working as best they could with limited staff and addressing an employee in front of others was unprofessional, especially when the employees were fixing a mistake. Great job staff, poor job management.
We were just in to your restaurant. Ordered 2 Cravings box's and a #1. The #1, the tacos are so soft and soggy, I can't pick them up to eat them. Make your tacos when people order them° Don't pass off tacos that have been sitting and get so soft they can't be eaten. Wasted money! I don't know why we keep coming to this location, thinking it will be better! I have been going to Taco Bells for 64 yrs and I can say, your restaurant at this location is THE WORST! Won't be back!!
Went into the lobby to order takeout, waited 10 minutes while 5 people in the drive thru got their food (was there before them). This is not really a big deal, most fast food places in this area do the same thing.I asked for no lettuce and tomatoes. Also asked for sour cream too....I got basically the opposite, lettuce and tomato and no sour cream.Food was good regardless.
Day crew is good. Night crew blows. Especially on the night of March 25th. My bean burrito had no beans, or red sauce. They didn’t have nacho cheese. My supreme taco was cold. Asked for hot sauce for 5 items, they gave us 2 hot sauces.Go to the Taco Bell on 193 instead!!!!
The man that was working the drive through window today was very rude. I ordered a total of 9 items for me and my employees at work. When I get to the window and he asked for a payment I give him my card. And he decides to make a rude comment saying I dont know why we have to get all this food for only one person in a car. I said its actually for multiple people. That comment was very uncalled for and rude.
Broken Record:Check your order, even what’s inside each item. Got this (picture below) for .50 but then when we come through asking to have it replaced we got attitude. This morning I got breakfast and in the meal they missed the hash browns, my wife regularly asks for sour cream on her burritos or what have you, which is constantly forgotten. Each time we come through we are missing at least 1 item on average.Why do we keep coming through, it’s the closest taco bell by a long shot. My wife and I love taco bell and we go there often, we tip the workers because we feel like they deserve higher wages. And we are regulars, because we love Baja blast and flavors are always great. We just get so tired of constantly trying to get the right items all the time.This post and rating for the location is a long time coming.

If you want to be ignored for 10 minutes before you can get your food go here. It was amazing to see how hard they tried to avoid eye contact while you are waiting by the cash register. Horrible customer service.
I'm disappointed out of 5 taco bells I go to only one honors and honestly puts the extra cheese on my burritos that I asked for and paid an extra 50 cents each for that cheese....and this particular Taco bell did not put any sauce in the bag either
The order menu sign has no new updated items the Taco Bell has added to their menu, they were impatient at the order speaker when I was literally the only person in line, they got my order wrong, missed an item and weren't friendly. They seem like they don't want to work. Don't take it out on your customers.
