Placed an online order went to the restaurant and they had a sign on their door that said "Closed due to labor shortage, will open at 4pm". I left but I still got charged, I saw someone walking around the restaurant and when I called they let it ring for a long time, then answered but put the phone on the counter and ignored me, I heared them sigh and walk around. When I called back several times i just got a busy tone. I would like a refund and to be treated with a little decency

Super fast, I got the best Spinach wrap I've had in a long time ?! Caitlyn and the other guy did a great job making sure my order was quality!

Bought 2 steak and cheese footlongs ($20) & the meat was expired - smelled horrible, tasted worse. Guess I'm never returning to subway!

Gabe was super helpful and knowledgeable. Never have I had such an amazing experience at a Jimmy johns.

Okay so I walk in the door and all 3 of the employees are sitting at a table, so we walk up to the counter and one of the workers says "we will be with you in a moment" and I'm just like wth, am I interrupting your hard work? So me and my grandpa wait at the counter for like 5 minutes before someone walks up to help us. Then was impolite to my grandpa who was hard of hearing. Finally they all get up while we're about half way done ordering, and not a single one of them had a hairnet. While making our food they skipped on ingredients, and cheaped out on sauce. I knew times were tough but geez, this was bad lmao. Literally hire any body else to manage, because there seemed to be no structure to any of this smh

I really haven't had a good experience at this location. The veggies are never the freshest and the flavors have been lackluster.

Could the staff be any more whiny. The first guy got all mad when I asked for a second sandwhich. The next lady was all passed when I asked for more mustard. And then the cashier was mad when I asked for chips and a drink. What a joke. Not to mention the lazy hand written sign on the front door complaining that they didn't have enough people working because of the labor shortage. What a joke!

So I pull up an hour after opening and the doors are locked. No one inside. Their schedule on the window and website said they were open. Everything on the inside was set up and ready to go, including food stations, but no employees to be seen. Real competent work guys

You open in ten minutes, your door is unlocked, and you got two crew members in the store, but you *don't* want me to spend $15 on lunch here? Got it!
