Everyone there was really patient with my indecisiveness and ready to help when I had questions. Staff was friendly and helpful and fast with my order. Will come again!

5 workers. 1 person making drinks, while all chat loudly. It's taken 10 minutes to get 1 drink, while only 3 people have ordered while I've waited.
I stood in front of the cashier while she stood and chatted with her coworkers. It wasnt until they finished their conversation that she acknowledged my existence. Then, I stood for 10 minutes while they continued to chat and then she looks at me and says "oh yeah, I still need to make your drink" there were no other customers so there was no reason for it to take this long. I usually dont care about speed, but I do care about professionalism and there was none
Service here has always been great until today. I do my best to be tolerant as everyone is only human, but the entire staff was incredibly chatty and it took a very long time to get my drink. Not just this, but my beverage was well below the top of the cup and the cup was 50% ice. They are usually so good I don't have to ask for light ice. Frustrated the service here has gone downhill.
