*Worst Starbucks*Last night at approx 8:58pm I went through the drive thru, where a barista took my order. At 9:00 another voice came on the intercom and said that they were closed. The barista taking my order followed suit and proceeded to turn all the lights off at the establishment.The next day I was able to call that Starbucks and talk to the shift lead who told me that they didn’t take my order and that their systems automatically shut down at 9 pm, which I have confirmed was a lie as wellThis Starbucks has no respect for their customers and are in dire need of chromed service training.Its important to note, that I was just looking for an apology, which I never got, from this Starbucks for proceeding to take my order even though they’re systems automatically “turn off” at 9 pm and for the turning the lights off on me.Thank you Starbucks for not having the decency to treat me like a person!
Always “out of items” in drive thru. I choose 3 diff sandwiches, all of which they are out of, over a course of weeks. Then ask them if they can add cheese to my sandwhich and omit the bacon. They say “no, sorry we can’t add cheese” Ridiculous!
My daughter and I go to this Starbucks quite often and every time our guy Nick is there he makes us laugh and enjoy our time there. Nick is always is a fun and happy mood and he shares it with everyone. We always leave giggling and laughing and make it home with a big smile on our faces. Feeling down and need to feel good with a little fun and laughs go to this Starbucks while Nick is there. Thanks Nick for so many smiles
Fantastic service. Clean and family friendly place. I've never had a bad experience at any Starbucks. (Obsessed with the pink drink and their brownie!)
I don't drink coffee, but Starbucks is still a favorite stop of mine. I have hot chocolate or cold strawberry drinks in the summer. Their banana nut loaf knows no equal!
I had the worst experience at this location. They were unapologetic and gave one of my drinks away. They get me the wrong size on another drink. Summer was trying to get me to leave without making eye contact at the windows while it took three of them to try to fix a problem that wasn’t fixed. It was an absolute mess.
The attendant at the window was so kind and her voice made you feel truly happy to be there!
I have been going to this Starbucks for years around 2016-2017 I moved around this area and I must say that I've received the best service just recently from a gentleman at the drive-thru window named Nick wearing a black apron and he was beyond helpful, he made me feel as if I was a special customer and was very joyful I loved the friendly smile on his face as well as the friendly tone of his voice I think this Starbucks has been looking for an employee like him for quite a while don't get me wrong the other employees are good too but he went above and beyond. I think he is amazing and he should be managing a Starbucks instead of working the window at one, this is the best service I've ever gotten from this Starbucks, great job Nick thanks for helping me have a special holiday season.⛄
I was so impressed w the service today. After being today the only had one box of cranberry bliss bars the guy at the window found the second box I was looking for, saving me at lot of time two days before Christmas! He was cheerful, helpful & a joy to work with. Good job Starbucks!
Very delicious drinks and I recommend their black coffee for Superior health benefits.Much better than that Dutsh Brotherz going up next door..
