Oh my this is the best place for good Italian food/pastry. We had a big party so we got to try a lot of different dishes/pastries. Best pizza (Pinsa Aurelia) ours had potatoes, bacon and gorgonzola cheese. Highly recommend the tortellini with ham and peas. My daughter had the vegan Pasta Bolen, delicious!! Also had nutella crepe, and fruits crepe, other pastries. Everything was delicious! We will be back everytime we are near Ogden.
This place is great! The 2 women working were very friendly, and these pastries far exceeded our expectations! The top one was a puff pastry with 2 small lines of chocolate in it ? and the bottom one was a lemon ricotta pastry. We will definitely be back soon.
So happy we found this place when staying in Ogden! The pastries were absolutely amazing! We wanted to sample everything. Great little shop, definitely recommend.

This is a review of the pastries only. This is a very good bakery and I would have no hesitation in recommending it. I have never been to Italy so cannot verify that it is authentically Italian. However, they have a number of pastry combinations that you won’t find in other places. Trying bakeries is basically a hobby with me, so I have been to MANY (not just in Utah). I always get a good selection and ring up a pretty good tab to properly taste their offerings. Some people have written this is the best bakery in Utah. It is VERY good, but I would put Tulie’s in SLC ahead of this one (but no others in Utah that I have tried, which are many). The thing which is unusual, for me, is that usually at least one thing I try (I got 7 here) is usually not the best. This is the first bakery I have ever been to, including the best bakery I have ever been to in OR, that I thought everything was prepared very well. I would give it 4.5 stars, but that was not an option.
Chocolaty hot chocolate with real whipped cream. Lemon crostata was light and delightful. The Aurelia was a large breakfast pizza as you can see by the comparison to the knife. Light crust. I don’t usually like the crust on pizza, but this was light And not doughy. Very tasty. Enough for left overs. Very nice atmosphere, knowledgeable staff. Quick even though they are having a staff shortage.
It's fantastic!Fresh pasta, sensational sauces, incredible pastries.What more can I say.We tried the mushroom raviolis (rich and filling), the chocolate puff pastry and ricotta lemon pastry and macchiato.Great hidden little gem!Other times I don't rate on:Service was fair. Easily in my top five favorite restaurants! They went above and beyond to make our food incredible. It was so good! And the pastries are to die for! Even the atmosphere is fun! I would drive hours just to come to this restaurant.
I visited Sapori for the first time tonight, and I loved it! I had the chai tea, and the mushroom ravioli with their homemade house sauce. Delicious. I will definitely be back soon! I also wanted to add a side note for that I was impressed with how well the staff took care of their customers. I arrived right as a party of approx 7-10 people had arrived, as well as a couple who had come in and seemed annoyed that they were not waited on and had to stand up and walk to the counter to order the food. The staff did seem flustered, but treated everybody with kindness and did their best to deliver prompt service with quality product. And I think they succeeded! 10/10
I don't understand how Sapori could warrant anything less than a 5 star review. Everything I have ever ordered here has been absolutely luscious. I have never cared for Bavarian cream, but Sapori has changed my opinion about it. Their croissants are the perfect texture and the crepes are exquisite. Everything I have ever gotten has been so wonderful that I have shared bites with friends and family because I feel that something this wonderful should be enjoyed by everyone! The response has always been pure delight.I haven't tried their pasta yet, but I have high expectations and I'm sure I won't be disappointed.If you are hoping to order a crepe or pasta, do so when you have the time for them to prepare it. They don't have many employees so you will most likely have a wait, but it is so worth it! If you don't want to wait there, order on Door Dash :)
