Waited for food for 40 min after ordering...I wouldn't come back just because of that. If I didn't want fast food I would've gone to a sit-down restaurant.
The food here is super wholesome healthy meals. Good variety of pastas, meats, rices, etc. The service is top notch as well. Manager was extremely helpful and polite. Great vibes here!
If zero stars were an option that's what they would get. They're an hour late on the order. Half of it isn't available. The manager wouldn't process my refund either. He literally said I'll have to trust him that he'll do it later. Insane unbelievably horrible and unprofessional customer service. Do yourselves a favor and don't ever go here!

Eaten there twice with son and family. Spicy pork is good. Teenage staff goofed around before and after our order. Tables were sticky. Wife wasn't impressed.
Loved our experience at this location. The employees were amazing, so personable! Food was great but I’d go back for the customer service alone.
The employees were very friendly and service was fast. I ordered the shredded mango chicken rice bowl with spicy teriyaki sauce and it was quite good.

My family and I love going to Rumbi! The owner and workers are always so positive and polite. They always go out of their way to give you great service. I personally love the fish tacos, but all the food is always fresh and delicious! Great food and the friendly work staff is what keeps us coming back!
