We went here today and split the chili verde burrito plate, and we both got a horchata. The horchata was probably the BEST I’ve ever had, I get horchata everywhere I can, and this place is goooood! The rice is really yummy, and we Loooove the chili verde pork! I do feel like I handle heat fairly well.. for a white person at least. But this was too spicy for me hahaha next time I go, I’ll see if there is a way to tone it down since the flavor of the sauce was so so yummy! Some of the best flavors and authentic honest food. Will definitely be back, even if it means my lips burn off
Best place to eat in Ogden. I'm not even a fan of burritos, but this place makes them on a whole different level. My boyfriend gets the ham breakfast burrito smothered in chile verde and its his all time fav food. On fridays and Saturdays you can get a chile relleno burrito, and ALWAYS ask for it smothered in their magical chile verde sauce. This sauce is the best sauce I have ever had at any restaurant. Mama Rosa's food is life changing, and you can't get better customer service than with her daughter Ida (the beautiful girl who works the front counter, be nice to her.)
We visited Rosa’s after traveling on the FrontRunner. We were looking for a good Mexican food place to have lunch and chose Rosa’s. The Cafe is small but has an inviting feel inside. Rosa gave us samples of the different sauces and helped us choose our food. The food is simply delicious. I’ve been here twice now and each time the food was not only delicious but satisfying - not something that is easy I’ll found.Rosa is a wonderful lady willing to take care of you to ensure you have the best experience. She is humble despite having some of the best Mexican food I’ve tried. If you’re in the area, I don’t think you’ll regret coming here. Hoping to make it a tradition to go here. Thanks Rosa!
Excellent food and service, enormous breakfast burritos.
Rosa’s Cafes food and service are excellent! It’s a new regular food stop for me. Nice spot in Ogden.
The Best Mexican restuarant
The best homemade tortillas and burritos around! Cool little place inside. Everything was full of flavor ?
Best around. oh my. I need it almost everyday.. I need help. ?
The food in this place is amazing and the group is so friendly. A nice little place with big flavor. I just wish they had a more open schedule again. I can never catch them when they are open but if you can catch them when they are open, goooooo and eeeeat. You will not regret it.
I may have been out of the loop for awhile, but I was disappointed. After they have been closed for a year, I was looking forward to going back to Rosa's.Used to be for $14 you got a big, meaty burrito, smothered, with rice and beans - and a huge plate of it. It wasn't elegant, but it was filling. Now that they have reopened, the same plate is $17.50! Yikes!! I got it "to go" and the rice and beans were quite small, actually. Where I come from, $17.50 a plate is fancy eating and this is not fancy eating! And that's a 25% hike one year!!!With a coupon, you can still go to Burger King and get a Whopper, fries, drink and if you order at the kiosk, all for $5! Even Sonoran Grill is cheaper for their plates, and their decor and food are a lot better!I saw people pulling out wads of $20 bills at Rosa's like they were high rolling in this little dive joint. I guess I must be missing something.
