Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - (10) Steak Ranchero was a bit dry and bland. The meat chewy and over cooked, egg wasn't sunny side up as requested but over cooked as well. There wasn't much flavor from the seasoning which is disappointing since there's so much that can be done to help this dish. Carne Asada Burrito was a bit dry and chewy so ask for some salsa on the side to help with the burrito.Ambience: N/A - ordered food to go but the location was cleanService: 5/5 - slight language barrier but the cashier was really nice. We witness a really rude food delivery driver but the cashier was professional through the interactionValue for price: 3/5 - one of the only places opened close to midnight so we're grateful for the food

THEY ADD MONEY TO YOUR OREDER LATER!!!Guys, I love this place and I go here quite a bit but I've been noticing that the receipt they give me never matches the transaction amount that comes out of my account. They always charge several dollars more. When I called and asked about this, they were not nice and they said it was a tip. I never consented to a tip, they just added it without asking me later on when I was gone. This is bad business.

WATCH YOUR RECIPT!They charged me an amount for my food when I went through the drive through and then when the transaction hit my bank account they added a tip I didn't consent to and was several dollars more! When I called to get this issue fixed, I got nothing but attitude.

The food was good but it’s a little pricy. The staff was helpful and the food was prepared fast.

I ordered some carne asada fries from Rancheritos, and ordered from Doordash, and spent almost $23 for the fries plus the delivery and received my order with missing condiments and not only that the food was cold and not hot. I was so unsatisfied with the food more just because I come home late from work. And then I just get food that I paid for that is cold and not cooked. I'll definitely next time so I could get the better service. I hope this doesn't happen again. I even hate to put a post like this especially with Rancheritos. Hopefully they will improve the food quality when it's going out to Doordash next time.

Ate lunch here for the first time and enjoyed my meal. I ordered the carne asada taco plate. It came quick and was shockingly huge. My inner bear was drooling! The meat wasn't the best I've had but it wasn't the worst by far. For a fast food joint I highly recommend this place...be prepared for food coma ?

This is usually a good location, but lately when I come in at have to wait and end up getting cold food. And I asked for no guacamole because I can't have avacado and they still put it on my food. they get it right half the time. Not really impressed lately which sucks because I really enjoy eating here much more than the location on 12th Street

Pretty good food at a decent price. I only have two gripes. First of all, the portions have become significantly smaller over time and especially around Covid/post-Covid. I guess it's an exchange for not increasing prices too drastically but it seems excessive.Secondly, as soon as you pull to the drive through, a man's voice says "welcome to rancheritos please order when you're ready", but it's automated. If you start ordering you will quickly be told to just hold on. Better to just sit awkwardly. Kind of a funny petty gripe of mine but you'd think they would turn that "feature" off since they're rarely ready when you pull up

Doordash from them all the time occasionally hit up the drive thru. Solid crew, great bang for your buck, amazing food. Very professional and clean. Highly recommend them!

fast, and one of the better late night food joint
