Out of mac & cheese, out of mild chicken, had to wait 10 minutes for biscuits, card reader down, I was told to pay with exact change because out of $1 to top it all off the chicken they did have was burned. The shift manager was rude and unaware of any issues, therefore unwilling to correct this horrible visit. Thought I was at Popeyes not KFC.
They got our order completely wrong. I called them, the manager hung up on me before I could even say anything. Called again being nice and she refused to help because she only had four people working tonight and then refused to give me their GMs number and hung up on me again. This is not how you run a business. For those that want to hate on me, I have ran fast food business and still didn't have a problem. Also I tried to call corporate and the number was no longer in service.
I waited for 30 minutes in the store. Went from 10, to 12. I was 11. They forgot I was here in the store waiting and it would be another 10+ minutes for food. ? Food is good, but I CANNOT be ignore for 40 minutes just to get some chicken. Sun was in the sky when I entered, not when I left.EDIT: They got my order wrong.
I don’t think I’ve ever actually gotten what I’ve ordered here. They always give me the wrong order or they don’t give me everything I ordered, the chicken is always rubbery. They always forget sauce. Fries are always cold. Being a former Popeyes manager I’m very very disappointed in the quality and the management here
Each time I have ordered at this location I have asked for some sort of sauce, usually extra blackened ranch because my husband and I both enjoy it. However once receiving the food there are no condiments at all. Why ask what sauce I would like with my meal if you're not going to give any either way? Super frustrated that this is a reoccurring thing. Will be going to a different location moving forward.
If I could give a negative review I would. I pulled up the app to order my dinner tonight and it said that mobile ordering was unavailable. I pulled up to the window and was told that the promotion I saw wasn’t valid anymore. . I had the offer in front of me and said it doesn’t for 4 hrs and I’ll come show her at the window.. I rode up and she said no that’s only on the mobile ordering and that the mobile ordering is down and that she is unable to do the bogo promotion.. after back and forth questions I finally asked Torie “so are you telling me I have to go to the different location to get this $3 promotion?” (My order was over $20 so not a ton but still $20) I was then told by Torie that “if I wanted the discount that I should leave and go to the other store” now I’m not store owner but if my employee was trying to give away my money because she didn’t want to give a $3 discount i’d probably be upset. Torie was incredibly disrespectful and rude.. you could imagine my shock when I asked to speak to the manager that she informed me there was no one there and that she was the shift lead.. disappointed in you popeyes.. oh and I wasn’t at all surprised when I got my order and I was missing fries ?
Nice of them to close early, but display open till 11pm on multiple places, leave all the lights on, not bother to answer the callbox.
This was our 2nd time at this location, first was take out (5:30pm Fri), 2nd was dine-in (8:30pm Sat). Both times the staff was nice, friendly, and insanely helpful. Crazy quick to prepare our order (both times it was ready while I was being charged). They were out of drink holders but even offered to help me take my drinks to the car. They all seemed nice and not chick fil a "robot" nice, like genuinely nice. Ive read some bad reviews about drive thru waiting times/wrong orders but we've honestly have great experiences.
Ordered through the drive thru. Got part of my order wrong and was missing food. The food wasn’t fresh at all. I wish I could’ve taken a picture of the macaroni…I didn’t have the time to go back and get it fixed. There were two people puffing away at their cigarettes right behind the order speaker…I could hardly order because of the smoke and smell ? Please change this up.
Honestly this location is a joke. It's closed at random times during business hours, there always seems to be issues with card readers or the drive thru is down. On top of that, my order is rarely accurate and employees are wearing their street clothes instead of uniform at the drive thru window. I get you need to stay warm but the hoodies being warn are often filthy and stained and I don't really think filthy clothes belong around another person's food.
