I use to come here almost everyday for lunch but I'm guessing it's under new management no offense it is going to lose a lot of business the way managers are treating customers one girl with the colored hair tall was arguing back and forward with this elderly lady it looked like there was two other managers who weren't doing nothing about this but laughing i continued with my order when I asked the cashier who was in charge she said the one that was just arguing I mean seriously? Popeyes get rid of these type of people or get rid of your business before these people burn it down
There is no menu whatsoever displayed in the drive through. Red beans and rice tasted sour somehow and the sweet tea was horrible. They didn’t ask me what sauces I wanted so I figured there was at least honey for the biscuits or cocktail sauce for the shrimp, nope. Surprisingly the mac and cheese was edible but that’s about it. Waste of money!
TOTAL RIP OFF!!! One there's still not allowing people to eat insideOne there's still no allowing people to eat inside 2nd when you order a large Mac and cheese I expect it to be mostly full not barely passed the halfway mark. Especially for over 5 bucks!
Food was luke warm. Waited at the intercom forever to be told they didn’t have what I wanted but I figured I’d waited that long so I got something else. Coke was gross and not calibrated properly. Definitely had better experiences before for that I’ll give 2 stars otherwise a 1 star experience. Disappointed and waste of money.
I always get the Blackened chicken strips with there blackened ranch they are made to order and take a few minutes than typical order but it so worth it. There staff was friendly and my order has been correct which is all ask from a convenient fast food place.
Terrible. 6 customers waiting in lobby. Only one employee putting orders together. 4 other employees sitting in back eating and drinking not helping at all. The person running the drive through told a customer they would be right with them, then proceeded to eat food for the next 5 minutes before getting their order. Hopefully management sees this and makes a change. Was in store 2/24 around 630 pm. Eventually left after not being helped
Great customer service! I hit drive through right about closing time (literally!) And placed my order. When they happened to be short on a request the manager had an idea for an alternative which worked out perfectly!Thank you!
This Popeyes use to be great, now it is Horrible the black haired lady wearing a ton of makeup was super rude while ordering through the drive through, then slammed our bags down and gave us a dirty look, super rude I get having a bad day but wow! Why do customer service?? The chicken was cold and there was enough mayo to feed an army!! Never going back.
We ordered from door dash and the order was all wrong. We received Spicy chicken not regular. All ranch , no sweet heat. All fries , no Mac n cheese
We ordered a 16 piece family meal and had to wait 20 minutes for fresh hot food, because I told the girl taking the order that the last time I had Popeyes it was cold so she said that it would be hot, we live less than a mile away and when I got home we had cold red beans and rice, that tasted like medicine, the chicken was over cooked, and only half of the breasts were there, we think that they took half the breast for the tenders and the rest they call a breast with only 2 bites of chicken! So try your luck as for me and my family we are done with these establishments that are over priced, and way less than satisfactory!
