Yet another raw pizza from this PH AGAIN today. Literally uncooked bread and unmelted cheese where the two meet. We don't even feel safe eating it. Will NEVER go here again. If I wanted take and bake, I'd hit Papa Murphy's.As an added bonus, this location never answers their phone.Pizza is always undercooked, & often they don't even have the pan crust available. PH has really gone downhill.
There wasn’t an option for zero stars so 1 star is a big stretch. We ordered 50$ worth of pizza and after 2 hours of waiting for the delivery we called Pizza Hut and they informed us they cancelled the order because the driver could not locate our house. When asked if they were going to notify us all they said was they refunded the money and I guess it did not cross them to let us know it was never coming. Terrible experience.
Please give Lenny a raise or a promotion. His customer service is outstanding. He definitely went above and beyond to make things right despite the error the call center had made. You can tell he really cares about the customers and that goes a long ways! Keep Lenny around and give him a raise!!!
Ordered at 3:15pm. Have called the store several times only to be met with week we called or DoorDash said they delivered your meal.It’s currently 5:54 pm and I’m still waiting. Have Calle 3 more times before writing this review. Something needs to be done about the horrible drivers and management. I will be filing a formal complaint with the store manager district manager and Yum foods.
Don't waste your time. In the last few years they have gone downhill. They have forgotten a pizza. Or it wasn't cooked. Or not what we ordered. They don't call or communicate. Latest is online orders that they cancel when it is time for the pizza to be delivered. There are 3 other pizza businesses in this area we won't be back not even to use are useless credits for free pizza. Too many issues to detail anymore. Disappointed.
We normally love pizza Hut but this order was off. It tasted almost like a cheap store bought pizza. The bread sticks were still great.
The manager at this location is the best! Hot fresh and delicious food service that is served with smiles and polite mannerism! Go team pizza hut!!!
This has got to be the worst Pizza Hut in America. They never have anything in stock as far as the crust that you want. Their customer service is the worst ever and I don’t think I’ve ever had a hot pizza from this location. I think in the future I’m more inclined to go with a frozen pizza from the grocery store then deal with this ridiculous location.
I will never go back I dont care if there is a 90 min wait what I do care about is having stale dough, cold pizza, and cold pasta, down right awful breadsticks and wish I had bought 60 frozen pizza at the grocery store. I will never be back to this location.
Seems like everytime I order from. Here something gets messed up last night they forgot the pasta and blue cheese for my wings I spent almost $40 for 6 wings a 4 pack of Pepsi and a med cheese pizza.
