I worked at this pizza hut. They never changed food containers in the make table for the 3 weeks that I worked there. Grease all over in store and the walkin floor is gross and was never cleaned when I was there. Place needs to be closed for health code violations. Restroom was never cleaned . Surprised nobody got sick, that I know of.. The so called Training manager, kept yelling at me to come talk to him and I told him I was busy and finally told him that I'm in the middle of making a customer order and he could wait until I was finished with order.. unreal in his demanding snd rude manner. Customer to me comes first, he could of waited. manager gave my tip money to other employees instead of calling me to pick it up the next day after I quit. I don't recommend this place. Ask to check out there facility, if you don't believe me..
Do not order from this location.... ordered 2 pizza's to be delivered, took 2 hours finally they deliver 1 pizza. So I tell the driver he confirms with the receipt I am missing a pizza, I give him a $5 tip and he says he will get our pizza. My kids are hungry waiting for the pizza and after a hour I go to call and they closed... who would do this if you read the reviews they do and take people's money while our food in never delivered .. THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN...
I placed an order through the app. When I went to pick up the pizza I had to wait for 5 min as all the employees working were on a smoke break despite the store only being open for an hour. When I tried to call the store to get this fixed, I got hung up on before they even spoke to me. 4 TIMES!!!!!! I am very disappointed in this store!
I paid for 2 extra sides of marinara and they didn’t bring them. I called to talk to them and was on hold for over 15 minutes before I finally gave Up. Not to mention they’re only 5 blocks from me and it took much longer to get my delivery then it said.Really unsatisfied with this location.
Was given the wrong pasta. Called to let them know and was on hold for 15 minutes. Actually ended up hanging up because I couldn’t stand the pre recording telling me how great it was to work at Pizza Hut. Not sure anyone is actually working there. Had to go back to the store and get the right food. Poor service. Dinner ruined.
My order was wrong. One pizza was under cooked. Cheese sticks were more like bread sticks. And when I called no one answered for 30 minutes! The pizza I ordered was worth wat more than the 2 pizza topping that I got!
My pizza delivery was estimated 200 min out. I called to switch to carry out and was on hold for 30 min. Hung up and called back only for the same thing to happen. I drove over there while on hold and the restaurant was empty and the 2 employees were outside. They told me my order had just left with the delivery person. By the time it got to me it was cold and stale
I ordered a pizza and a pepsi to be delivered at 12:15, I received a text message at 12:01 that my order was out for delivery, then at 12:22 I received another text message saying that DoorDash was going to deliver my order and it would be delivered by 12:41.I clicked on the DoorDash link and it's a good thing I did because my address wasn't entered correctly.I tried to call the store to tell them and I was on an endless hold. After 6 calls with the annoyed DoorDasher I finally got my COLD pizza and pepsi an HOUR LATER.Then the DoorDasher text me telling me to fix my address because it was a waste of gas and time!!I replied and told him that it was Pizza Hut that entered the information and that I was on hold to talk to a manager...I'm still on hold 28:03 minutes later waiting to talk to a manager.This is unacceptable. Never again Pizza Hut.
I placed an order online for a stuffed crust with extra pepperoni and when I got it home, it was just a regular pepperoni pizza. I double checked to sales receipt and what I had ordered but not received was on it.I called to tell them, speaking to a young male. I explained and told him before I had a chance to look at it, the kids has already started eating it. He started laughing and said “well you’re not going to get a refund if you already ate it”. I wasn’t asking for a refund.I’ve never had problems prior to this. When he laughed at me, I said let me talk to your manager.He put me on hold and no one ever came to the line so most likely he didn’t tell the manager.So no five stars from me..I see why they’re asking for employees. The ones they have need a lesson in customer service and are going to loose customers.This was south Ogden Pizza Hut.
Restaurant appeared to be extremely busy, I had to wait nearly 5 minutes to pick up my pizza. I realize that food service has lost more employees than any other sector, but it would only take a moment to acknowledge the customer at the pick-up window.
