I've had nothing but problems with this Pizza Hut.... I figured I'd give it another try after the last time.... well needless to say shame on me I will never give this Pizza Hut a chance ever again I will never go to Pizza Hut ever again it is a joke they now have lost three of my orders one time they canceled my order and did not notify me so when I came up here they told me that oh well we canceled your order 45 minutes later I knew they canceled my order 0 out of 10 we'll never recommend date this Pizza Hut to anyone ever or at this point any Pizza Hut. I'm sitting outside of the Pizza Hut right now I went in and made an order and gave the lady my name she said it went through she told me be about 20 minutes well went back in 20 minutes later and she said she couldn't find my order so now I'm sitting in my vehicle with groceries and now I've been sitting here an hour and this is just pure f****** ridiculous
Ridiculous service. They Canceled our order because they were out of pasta without even letting us know. They called us once and didn't even tell us the order was cancelled on a voicemail. We tried calling back 4 times to no answer! When we finally got through (45 mins after our order was supposed to be delivered) and they told us it was cancelled and we asked why they didn't let us a know and just to give us a refund the girl laughed and hung up on us. Horrible horrible service. Don't waste your time trying to order here. I wish I could give zero stars.
Place used to be great but now it’s a joke if you need to have Pizza Hut choose the North Ogden one they’re pretty good or just order Domino’s that way you won’t wait HOURS for your pizza and it will actually be hot avoid this location, the staff isn’t grateful to even have a job, literally zero F’s given
Employee was high when she took our order, gave us the wrong food, hanged up on us when we tried to explain to them over the phone about the mistake in the order and they hanged up on us
We placed an order for a pizza and a pasta. A girl called and said that they were out of pasta so they just cancelled our order...? We would have been happy to just get another pizza instead of the pasta but now I've got a pending charge on my card that will probably be there for a week. Horrible customer service.
Never been more disappointed in Pizza Hut. Picked it up just as it was “coming out of the oven” the employee said. Drove 4 minutes home and the pizza had the glaze of an old pizza on it. It was tough, cold, and simply belongs in the trash. I recommend any of the other pizza joints within a 1 mile radius over this junk joint.
My pizza was over an hour late and when I tried to call I was on hold for 15 minutes, then I got hung up on. Called back and was on hold just as long and then the pizza arrived. I started to lay into the poor delivery guy but it wasn’t his fault. I even showed him I was still on hold and his response was very apologetic and he told me that they don’t ever answer the phones there. That will be my last Pizza Hut experience as long as this one is delivering. Tried again to call this morning to complain and turns out the delivery guy was correct, they don’t answer their phone…

Just got my order delivered an hour ago. Have been on hold for 30 min.to report that they delivered the wrong pizza. Still have not had anyone answer. Terrible service for sure. Pizza hut needs to really get it together. This is not the first time this has happened. Pizza was cold and did not taste very good at all. Will not order from them again. Not a great Way to treat your customers.
Delivery times should be shown before you order. After an hour of trying to call to cancel a 3 hour wait we went to the store. 4 other people were canceling their orders as well. No one working cared about anything and the store was disgusting with food everywhere. I will never order from here again.
