I stopped at the 25th street in Ogden for the 2nd time and both time they were super slow!!!! cashier was nice but wait time was ridiculous. First time we asked for a napkin and the my “didn’t “ have any! This time a customer asked for a napkin because their daughter spilled some of her drink in the stroller she was in, and again they didn’t have any!For any type of business they should have napkins but they apparently don’t buy any or offer any either.
Been here a couple of times. Drinks were okay but not phenomenal.I'm not sure if they are in the middle of a renovation but there are no longer any furniture or snacks to buy from them like I see in the Google images. The decor is really bad and incoherent. Random things in their shelves and even had a half open watermelon in their bottled drink refrigerator where customers can just grab it.There are a lot of 1 stars but I think they just need to rebrand themselves
The people here are really nice but that's not enough to keep me coming back anymore. Today was the last time. I made sure to repeat my order three times because it was a little busy. I am annoyed EVERY time I order my smoothy. I get one, large, mango and banana mixed smoothy. They're more than happy to charge me for the extra fruit but I never get it. I ALWAYS have to go back inside to have my smoothy made again. I get a half hour lunch break and all of that time is wasted, waiting on two drinks that should have only been one. Today, I could have had it made again, but with how busy they got AFTER my order I decided I'm done here and said screw it.I cannot recommend this establishment for anyone that wants a "special" drink made anymore.
Customer service was absolutely horrible. I came here and ordered a strawberry sour smoothie.They didn’t give me a smoothie and didn’t even explain that it would be separated. They told me no and wanted me to pay 11 dollars for a smoothie after I told them they gave me the wrong thing. It was nasty and watery. The one at Newgate mall has much better service and drinks.
First time coming here, the customer service was excellent and friendly but pretty disappointed in the tea. My husband and I ordered the ice Thai tea with boba, it was super watery tasting like tap water and carrot juice? Never had Thai tea taste this bad.Edit* Response to the owner: Thank you for the quick response, I appreciate the offer to have the drinks remade but I do not live in the area so I won’t be returning.
Excited to have found a boba shop during my stop at the mall. Sadly, it was the most disappointing milk tea I’ve ever had. Unsweetened and watery, with the strangest texture for the boba in my tea. It’s was like coloured water with no flavour.
Pretty fast and efficient, told them to suprise me (cause I lack boba experience lol) and they gave me something I absolutely love! Would definitely come back here any time!

We asked if it could be remade, and she (Erica) stated there was nothing she could do, and refused to remake the drink.EDIT: I appreciate the response! We did get it remade. I don’t know if this your operating practice, but we came back at 5:25 and Erica has been turning people away telling them that she isn’t taking any more orders for the night.
