The place is quiet and ran by one of the sweetest people . She puts love in every dish . Prices are good and the proportions are very generous , I never leave hungry. Tortilla azteca is my dish , and I get it everytime . Very nice people , very good food . My favorite Mexican food in Ogden .( Tied with street tacos ) but as far as sit-down you can't beat it if you get in soon as they open around 11ish.
On 2/24/2022 at 1pm the Restaurant was NOT busy we were 4 customers. I sat down with a friend and during my lunch hour ordered my meal directly with the owner. I was the first to order. My meal never arrived but my friend's did. I waited for my meal and when the receipt showed up realized my meal was not coming. The owner never came out to apologize she sent instead a waitress to apologize by telling me that the misunderstanding and error was my fault because I TALK TOO MUCH and that they have never made a mistake before until I (the real problem) showed up. My parents owned a successful restaurant and this is NOT how you treat customers. You simply say "I'm so sorry for the error" and offer the food to go. You don't say "Maybe the owner didn't understand your English" I explained that I spoke to her in Spanish. And you NEVER EVER say "Well we would have offered you something but you were talking to your friend and you don't shut up". The service is LAUGHABLE. A lesson to the operators: IN AMERICA-- THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
First time eating here. We got takeout..and it was SO yummy. Full of flavor all around. Also, the lady and gentlemen running the restaurant were so kind and sweet ♥️ Definitely plan on returning

Wonderful traditional Mexican restaurant! A sweet old lady served my family and I. The food was amazing and the salsa is to die for.
