I just picked an online order. They totally screwed up the order, when I told them that I had ordered extra cheese and toppings. The kid behind the counter got defensive and told me that the order was already made, and he couldn't put my toppings on. Sure, it's only a few dollars they cheated me out of, but if I stole a few dollars from them they would certainly call the police and have me arrested. My question is why can't I have them charged
Service here is just not great. They always seem super put out and just straight up annoyed to even be there. I always tip and I’m not sure why but I won’t anymore. I’ve had maybe one single good interaction here. The last two times I’ve came I heard employees making fun of customers after they leave.
I love this place. The staff is great. They always have fresh ingredients and my pizza is always made right.
When I got there they were cleaning up only one minute tilll closing and they were very nice about making my pizza when they could of said they were closed
Great Papa Murphy's, staff was friendly and the service was great. If you live in the area, I'd recommend this location.
