Pick up for door dash a lot at this location. Staff is always friendly and they make sure the orders are fast and accurate. Makes my job much easier.

Ordered online delivery. Pizza never delivered. Called and Manager was rude. Not confident I will get a refund. He was too interested in getting off the phone. His response was so you are saying it wasn’t delivered? We show it was. Was it delivered to the wrong house? Well let’s see… if I don’t have it and you don’t have it, where does that leave us? COLD pizza delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS. Luckily I was able to recognize the neighbor's door from the delivery notification and go get it. apparently they're too cheap to pay their own drivers and give it to doordash who can't see your delivery instructions. Never again. I ate two bites and threw it in the trash. Biggest waste of $20 in the last year. Never again.
Although Angie (who I assume is some sort of manager) was polite and understanding, after waiting an hour plus for my one pizza that the app stated was delivered, I called the store and found out my pizza was delived to the wrong address. I also live like 5 minutes away. Not sure what went on but needless to say was very confused with that one and disappointed.They have since made it right which i respect.
This place charged my credit card bug never delivered my order. Lost my business for good.
Ordered pizza and bread stick to be delivered online. Waited til time to deliver (which was 2 hours later) to say they don't have a driver. Poor customer service.
If I could put 0 stars I would. First of all, we ordered our pizza online and then got told they were “too busy” so our order was pushed back 30 more minutes. Then when we show up, the place is empty, the workers were all on their cell phones, taking photos, and flipping the camera off. When we finally got helped, the boy threw our pizzas up on the counter and said “here!” Very rude. Then, they argued that our order was 3 pizzas although it was only two pizzas so we had to pay for a 3rd that we didn’t need. Terrible customer service. We will not go here again.
Order delivered was not complete - missing the 2 liter is all but spoke to manager and was told it would take an hour and a half to get it to us. Isn't the first time it has happened but it's the first time i actually called and was surprised but how little effort was made to make it right.
