Online ordering was down, drove to the restaurant, waited 20+ minutes for teriyaki chicken, then they forgot spring rolls and had to wait for them. Served the spring rolls that I ordered to other customers while I waiting for my chicken. Didn't tell me any of this til after they gave me my food. Could've went to Smiths and bought it frozen for cheaper and faster.
Two friends and I went to get lunch after a long day. The workers were really kind and eager to help us. They were quick to fill empty lid holders, or to get us our food. The atmosphere was calm and made our lunch even better. They handled the rush very well, and never got caught up on things. Definitely will have to come by this establishment again.
Worst Panda location I’ve ever been to in my life!! Be smart and avoid the Huntsville Utah Panda, terrible service, rude staff, and food wasn’t up to Panda’s normal standards - for example no green beans in the green bean chicken, just as one example… go figure!
Got an orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken and rice to go order. They game me only rice but charged me full price. When I called them about it they said they would get back to me about a refund in a few days.
They are always busy. When you order ahead you don't always get as big of a portion as you do when you wait in line at the store, but they try their best to be speedy. I personally would love if they would bring back their sweet and sour chicken.
Terrible service at this Panda Express. I order teriyaki chicken and sweet fire chicken. Was told the wait for teriyaki would be 6 to 10 minutes. I waited half an hour, and the cashier just kept saying “it’s coming out in a few minutes.” I got my plate and went home. I got home and opened my plate to ORANGE chicken and sweet fire.
Had a good experience! Food was good and staff was kind. Wish they had a drive through, oh well. Would go back!
Based on how I right things, I'd actually give it 3.5 stars because I figure that 3 stars is simply average. However, this place is definitely above average for a fast food restaurant and definitely deserves more than 3 stars to me, so 4 stars.Service is above average. Having been here many times over the years, they're happy to help when they can. They're friendlier than most fast food restaurants. That definitely deserves the 4 star rating.The tables are usually cleaner than most fast food places, but are still typically a bit dirty.The food is among the better Americanized Chinese food options. Not my favorite place for Chinese food, but acceptable. I'd rate it a 4-star for Americanized Chinese food and 3.5-stars for Chinese food in general.Overall, I enjoy going here on occasion.
It’s 7:15pm and the staff is really trying their best. You can see them actually trying to serve everyone. I feel a little bad because they might be a overworked but overall everything is great. Just make sure to take care of your people
