Noodles and the company was decent place, however it is not brand new inside, the furniture is quite used, there were pretty many customers and I think a lot of to go orders. We ordered two chicken noodle soups and they were okay by the standards I would say. The staff was quite friendly and the order was taken promptly and filled quickly. The restrooms are quite clean and open. I would recommend this place for people who want to get a quick food fix.
The food is good, customer service was friendly! Don't sit on the benches or booths, the space underneath is used as "catering storage" and you will be asked to get up so they can get supplies out. The gal was nice about it and gave us a cookie and a rice crispy treat for doing so, I was mildly boggled at letting my food get cold and walk away from my 3 year old so she had space to fish for supplies. **Don't plan on making a double trip to the bathroom with your toddler or younger child!! The bathrooms are gender neutral (no issue there), the urinal is next to the toilet and intriguing to the kiddos ?**
This location was definitely one of the dirtiest I’ve ever been to. Aside from that, my 5 year old order apples with her meal and they were SOAKED in sprite. I understand putting citrus of some sort to keep from browning (usually lemon juice), but this was straight up sprite. We don’t allow our kids to have soda and she had eaten half the bowl before letting us know they tasted weird. So gross.
I understand that there are some shortages around the world. But I didn’t know flavor was one of them. I took the family out for dinner and first I asked for an item on the menu but apparently I can’t order cause I’m not a rewards member. Then we all order separate items that had no flavor what so ever and watered down. While sitting here eating I am watching the staff a young women putting the dishes together cough and continue to fix a Togo order without washing her hands. Then the manager working hard on the grill scratch her head of hair and then dish up a plate without washing her hands. None of them wearing rubber gloves or hair nets You would think that after the pandemic we just had and still going through the staff here would be a little more cautious.
Terrible experience at Noodles and Company. Order was incorrect. Regular size portion looked the same as the small size that some of my party ordered. One member ordered an advertised salad and they made a pasta dish. When confronted, they said they would fix the issue, but didn’t even start making the salad until we had to go up to the front counter, and was more concerned about getting other orders out (mostly take out) this place is a joke. Will not be coming here again until they can get better management to step in and fix these issues.
The food is great and the service was extremely friendly. The crew went above and beyond! Skyler (I am not sure I'm spelling that right) took my order and they really made sure that I was well taken care of. Thank you!
I had never eaten here before. Food was really good, price wasn’t too bad, place was clean, staff was nice. I will definitely eat here again. I had the japanese pan noodles with marinated steak… delicious!!!!
They have only gotten my order completely correct once. The majority of the time, they don't include the meat I ordered, even though it costs quite a bit extra. The noodles are also often stuck together. Mostly just annoying to pay extra for no reason. Have picked up for groups of 5-10 people before and been chewed out when I get back because someone's order was messed up. Not the best, but not the worst.
I had the shrimp scampi which is marked as a spicy dish but I wasn't sure how. They even went so far as to let me look at the packaging for the sauce to check for known spicy ingredients and black pepper. There was a bit of back of the throat heat but that may be from the vinegar in the sauce. It was otherwise absolutely delicious!
I love Noodles & Co. I always get their pad Thai and have never had issues before. Tonight, I priced my eggs was way over cooked and not broken up into small pieces like it normally is. I’m pretty disappointed :(
