Too expensive and the waitress practically threw the food across the table. She wasn't happy we wanted seperate checks, although they automatically took 20% off top without even asking. And to find out it was her birthday after the fact, if she was nice, perhaps we would have been willing to give a bigger tip. My itty bitty piece of chicken tasted good, but so small. The person that got the 22oz steak across from us, only ate a little bit. I asked her, any you going to take the left over home? And she said, it was too tough and would be a waist to take home anyway. I do have to say I loved diner mural on the wall . That's why I gave a two stars instead of one.
Oh lord. This was gross. Very expensive and just a complete disappointment.I got a vegetarian skillet and it was so nasty the vegetables tasted like oil but we’re not all the way cooked the mushrooms were sour and looked like they came from a can or a jar and the coffee was basically brown water.I literally did not like a single item I ordered I can not understand how it was so bad with such a simple dish.
Tried to order ahead.. after the 3rd phone call decided to just try going in person. Given the good reviews, I feel duped. Portions were small, given that they lack flavor I appreciated the size. No butter or sugar for french toast, no flavor in anything outside the mediocre gravy. Glad this is now one time thing. Now we know.
My mom asked for her eggs well done & the waiter brought back crusty egg scrapings. We thought that it was a joke but the waiter and said that the cook gets upset when people ask for things well done. The waiter eventually brought back her eggs the correct way and apologized. When we went to pay our bill, the cook stared us down and gave us the dirtiest look. Weird and uncomfortable vibePosted a picture of the egg crust in the photos lol
This was my first time visiting the restaurant and I throughly enjoyed it. The food was great and Itzel the server was EXCELLENT. Best service I've had in while I will visit again!!!

Typical kind of dumpy hidden gem. But without the gem. I got an omelet with mushrooms and the mushrooms were from a can. Bland hashbrowns and soggy toast. Unimpressed to say the least.
Stopped here twice while in town from Minnesota, visiting a friend. Both occasions I found the staff to be courteous, friendly, and attentive. The coffee was good and the food was cooked to perfection. If I come through town again this will definitely be one of my stops for breakfast.
Supreme Ham & Cheese Hambuger with hard egg. It's the best! Don't forget the handmade fries. ? ?
Came here for lunch and its not that good. Seeing other reviews breakfast looks better. The grilled chicken I had was extremely bland. Tomato was fresh but nothing special. Mash potatoes were alright. Gravy was the only thing that saved the meal.If your getting lunch. Look elsewhere.
