The only reason I ever go to this location is because it's the only one around here in Ogden. And sometimes I get it for the kids because that's what they want. But every single time, without fail, something is missing or made wrong (but with the correct sticker for what should be on the sandwiches). And most times the staff is extremely rude. I worked for a McDonald's, thankfully not this one, for four years as a manager and I would NEVER let my store and crew slide with the kind of service they give at this location.
McDonald's is usually a good place to eat and this one is no exception. For the most part their burgers, soda, French fries, and food is always the same. The only issue is that they were not very attentive to me and my friends. I'll always go to McDonald's, but it's hit or miss whether they'll do a good job or serving you or if it'll be quick.
I pulled up at the drive through and was asked to wait a moment to give my order. I waited and the other lane had one person that was giving their order and the person behind them also give their order and nobody was helping me. I left because McDonalds isn't something I like much and wasn't going to wait around longer to continue to be ignored.
Every time I order from here I ask for no ice in my drinks and every time they give me ice. How hard is to simply read what a customer order especially if they are putting in the order for you. Service has gone down hill, covid really messed up the customer service filled for everyone. If I could zero stars I would.
They mess up my iced coffee almost every single time. I order an iced caramel coffee and I’ve gotten everything from hazelnut, to no ice, to no cream. I do the mobile orders to avoid the large lines but trust me it doesn’t help. I wait 10+ minutes every single time. The only good experience I’ve had is picking up for Doordash and that’s ONLY when a manager is working that area and it’s the evening time. The employees are straight up rude too. In the mornings when I use the drive thru I say thanks and they just shut the window on me or don’t say anything at all and shove the food at me.
They were real slow at the drive thru and there was no parking to be able to go inside. This McDonald's is always a joke. Very unorganized. I don't really know why I even bothered going there. Won't make that mistake again.
Need a better system. Ordered our food off of Door Dash because our truck is in the shop. My Door Dash person had to wait for 25mins for our order. Y’all need a better system. They have places to be.
Very busy this morning they had two lines but they had two girls out taking orders. I ordered the little burrito meal with a HighC orange with no ice. As you can see she didn’t listen to me and I’ve got ice. Disappointed in that because I didn’t have the time for them to change it and make my order right, I certainly wish they would listen. And the hashbrowns are lukewarm they’re not hot but it was close to 1030 so I would assume that they had quit making them. Hack a 1/3 cup of ice!
considering the line at the drive thru being a good 7 cars in each lane, the time of day, the amount of time with the car idling (impact on the environment due to emissions and gas prices) only to pay then being told they would have the fries for me at the 3rd window but even after about 5 more minutes waiting I finally had a bag handed to me and I headed home, anticipating the delicious fresh fries (I waited for ) to still be fresh and warm when I drove less than 4 minutes to my place. But they were dry, petrified, over cooked fry fakes that tasted like they had sat cold for some time and there wasn't a single salt crystal to be found... On the fries that is but it possibly could be contributed to they dumped the all the salt on the meat in the soggy big Macs I bought. I will not be returning to this location ever and doubt I'll be eating at McDonald's for a very long time since this isn't an isolated occurrence at this location I've encountered and no longer desire to subject my taste buds to the massive decline in quality and customer service McDonald's used to provide.
Well do not show up to this McDonald's at 2:30 a.m. expecting food because they have randomly decided to close from 2:30 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. without any reason whatsoever. I am so glad I got out of bed and wasted my time driving to McDonald's just to find out that even though this location is a 24/7 location that they decided to close on a whim.
