I ordered a lunch combo at 1:05 pm, which is within the time frame of it being available. Says my estimated delivery is 2:08. Whatever, not a big deal, it has to go through doordash. Well 2:08 comes around and it’s still not here. I finally got it at 2:30 and when I opened the box it was an Italian cheese bread and not a deep dish pepperoni pizza. Why give me something completely different than what I ordered? Even if the dasher got there after 2pm when it ended, the pizza should have already been made and waiting for the driver. I usually don’t have any problems with little caesars, but this time I’m just extremely frustrated that i spent $14 on a $5 item to not even get what I ordered. I was at work and couldn’t go pick it up myself or I would have. Extremely disappointed.
I like the hot-n-ready option but they haven't been ready. Darn, perhaps they're low on staff. 2 days in a row it happened. Just wanted large pepperoni pizza & crazy bread.Not a tragedy but hopefully they'll be able to get it back to hot-n-ready as advertised. I never blame the staff, you don't know what you don't know.
This Little Ceasars has a drive-thru window! I pulled up at a little after 10, was promptly greeted and informed that there would be an approximate 20 minute wait on pizza. I placed my order, pulled forward and paid and was given a window flag so that I could wait in the parking lot. 22 minutes later, an employee brought my pizza to me in my car!
We ordered our pizza tonight with a pick up time of 7:59 PM. My husband went to get the pizza and they said oh let me get it in the oven for you. I understand that it can be very hard to get help these days, but the unapologetic, uncaring attitudes are just ridiculous. I usually love this place because it’s cheap and fast. It seems like the bigger they make their menu, the worst their service gets.
It's Little Caesars. Don't set expectations beyond that and you won't be disappointed. $5 for a pizza that doesn't come out of the freezer or require any baking at home is a pretty decent deal.
great fast service! we used the app and picked up in the drive thru it was nice and the pizza was fresh and hot when it said it would be.
I just ordered a hula Hawaiian from this location and it is the saddest looking pizza I have ever received from a Little Caesars. You charged me $11.36 for a pizza that was not quality checked. I could have bought two pepperoni pizzas for that price. I feel ripped off. Not surprised you have so many bad reviews.
Must have been short staffed but at 5pm they had no hot-n-ready ready. 15 minute wait took 25 and pizza seemed cold when we got it. Will update when we have a better visit. They are usually better then this.
This location gets their breadsticks right but that's about it. The last four or so times I have gotten a pizza from this location it has not been cooked all the way through. The first time it wasn't even cut all the way so it was just this doughy mess that I couldn't eat. I think the staff just need to slow down and let things cook. I can understand things get busy but I think people wouldn't mind waiting an extra few minutes to have a pizza that they can actually enjoy eating.
A lot for a little over $10. I never ate little Caesars before. I love it. You should go. Plus it was just so clean. That's the best part. ? ?.
