Chicken is usually good. But I feel they intend to trick people on purpose by advertising soda and root beer separately. Yet the counter guy gave me a soda cup. I asked as this was also an a&w burger. I asked the guy why they advertise the drinks separately on separatel menus inside of a 3 menu tv. Could not recieve answer but shoulder shrug. In my younger days a&w was THE Premier root beer. Usually even in a separate well labeled machine..This alone will keep me from going back here. But hey. Bring back separately visible root beer machines and we can meet up so I can give you my business.

Worst experience ever! Was told they had no chicken ready at all and it would take 10 minutes. (This was through the drive thru) After 25 minutes I had to go inside where I was ignored for another 5 minutes then to only be told they had "forgotten" about me. My food was cold and the biscuits were hard as a rock. I will never visit this location ever again. If I could rate it a negative stars I would!

It has gotten progressively worse each time I visit, which is like once a year, I keep hoping it will improve. I love KFC but this location is terrible. I'm sorry I'm just being honest.

Used coupons for Buffalo & Nashville wings (6each)Very good; 3pc original chicken meal...chicken was small but usual tasty.

I was missing a few things in the order which, granted, was a massive one. But they were more than happy to get all the right food to us. The taste was pretty good too.

First off they are out of half of what I asked for, ended up with a $13 5 tender meal that was way over priced for the dried out cold chicken. Could hardly bite into it because was so dry. I keep trying to go back every couple months in hope it was a freak deal but I am done with that place. Just keeps going down hill. I do not recommend this location at all to anyone

The Riverdale Utah store on 36th St. is always out of everything!! Been trying to get a pot pie for months there. I asked tonight why they never have them and the woman waiting on us said, they make them in the morning and they sell out fast! I don't believe that, because we have been in there at noon and they are NOT that busy to sell out of them, unless they only make 2 pot pies!! Gave them one more chance tonight, I was hoping maybe they had some, NO they didn't.. C'mon KFC it's dinner tme!! if it's on the menu, you should serve it, if you don't want to make them, just take it off the menu!! But DONT keep making up lies as to why you don't have them!!

This used to be the best KFC in the area. Went to the drive-through Gotta chicken sandwich it is a greenish brownish color can't bring myself to eat it. Called the store and he said I don't know what we're doing different. Would not recommend it bad food bad service bad all the way around. They should close that location!

I was really disappointed in the meal we received from this KFC. While our sides of mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese tasted great, our chicken bucket was barely warm and the skin was wet. Not crispy at all, it was very unappetizing. My husband and I didn’t even finish one piece of chicken each. I do have to say the customer service at the window was great, I just wish the food was much better.

this particular KFC ,serves good food, but I believe the attitude of the manager is reflective of the entire staff. As a senior I felt I was treated rudely and disrespected! When I became so frustrated and said you know we have choices, there is a Popeye's just down the street, the manger's reply yes, we know go! The irony of this poor manager judgement was not all seniors live on social security, In my case I was there to buy all the food he had available for the homeless shelter For the record there are many rich seniors even millionaires who live in Weber county. We will spend thousands to help and serve others less fortunate( that particular day I spent $3k to feed my homeless friends)I am doubtful if that kfc would have had 3k in sales not in a day, not in a week?
