Pulled in today with a trailer to order and eat in the dining room today and all the doors were locked, no signs no notice what so ever. All three employees made eye contact with me but not one even gave a notice what so ever. Not to be a Ken but I will never order from here again. Courtesy towards people is just as important as quality of food.
Bad service!!! Out of crispy chicken, out of biscuits, out of coleslaw with an hour and 10 minutes before closing. I ordered a 3 pc chicken box (chicken, mash potatoes, coleslaw). Coleslaw was missing and they didnt even let me know they were out. They didn't even offered something else to make it right....they just tried to hide it and hope I wouldn't noticed.
They were out of crispy again. Stopped by again. Out of crispy, again. Ordered 3 pot pies. I was told it would be 5 minutes. 37 minutes later I went in. They had served out my order and had to make more. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Horrible service!!!! Don't go to this location ever!!! The only reason they received 1 star is because I had too. The dinning room was closed for no apparent reason. I repeat. Don't go to this location!!!!!
Just went here tonight and the lady said she was out of chicken and hamburgers.... ? she said she could make us some corn dogs. Thanks for the offer bit I have a TINY feeling someone just didn't want to make them. (I could be wrong but seeing as how this is an AandW AND a KFC and she said she could make us hot dog, Chilli dogs, or corn dogs.) These are all things that can be dropped and done in minutes. I would almost rather her just tell me she didn't want to work to make the chicken.
Dining room closed. We had to wait because they were cooking up a new batch of chicken. They told us to pull around front. They didn't check up on us or deliver part of our order. I had to go inside and ask for it, so customer service is lacking.
What a joke. I can’t come in and order because you’re too lazy? You can come and talk to me but you can’t take my order? There is absolutely no reason for your lobby to not be open. You have 20 employees standing around. If you want to enjoy a meal inside a restaurant, go next door to the Habit where you will enjoy fantastic customer service! This place is a joke.
It's a KFC.The staff is usually nice and the wait time on the drive through isn't terrible. Good every once in a while. Will never not love the mashed potatoes and biscuits
I wish I could give zero. I get to the drive thru she say "what do you want" the forgot my mac, when I said hey there's no mac she rolled her eyes and said its in the bag. I checked the bag again. Nope. She rolled her eyes again gave me mac and I went home. Turns out I got half extra crispy half original. Not what I ordered and burnt crusty mac
Ordered a 8 piece family meal and a chicken sandwich. Got 12 biskets, no sandwich and a bucket full of wings and two chicken breasts.
Four times in a row that we have went they have been out of hot dogs they have been out of hamburger patties and each and every time I have also ordered a popcorn chicken and there is barely any chicken to the popcorn chicken I maybe get two to three pieces to actually have chicken in them the rest are nothing but basically crumbs deep fried crumbs and they were out of mac and cheese twice out of the four times that we have went I just don't think they're very well stocked and it's very upsetting whereas this is one of my favorite places to eat my last experience was not a good one the last experience I ordered what I always order a popcorn chicken mac and cheese mountain dew no ice once again barely any chicken there was no mac and cheese and they didn't bother to tell me they gave me mashed potatoes and I didn't find out until I got home and when I said no ice they gave me ice
