This has happened a few times now but this one was extra bad. I placed my order, waited 40 minutes before I called. When I called they said my food was going out the door right at that moment. Then I had to wait another 45 minutes for my food to get to me. This messed up my meeting schedule and threw everything off! Plus I was very hungry. When I go in to this location and it's super busy, it takes them less then 5 minutes to make my food.... It doesn't matter how "busy" they are it shouldn't take an hour and 25 minutes to get me my food, especially when I'm only 2 blocks away. Then in top of that they charge double what other sub places charge. I used to go for that because I figured I was paying for the "freaky fast".... What are you charging me for now?!
I keep giving this location another try and I don't know why? I even gave them a break to see if things would change. Well I ordered today....and let's just say No More!! They made my sandwich (i ordered giant size) without cheese, when it clearly comes on it . So I call to let them know, they offer to remake it. I even told them they could have the first one so they didn't think I was trying to get free food. They asked if I could pick it up...my husband happened to be on his way home and would pass there so I said he could pick it up. He goes to get it from the drive thru and they give him a 9inch sandwich instead of the "giant" size Wow pathetic!!
Lousy service. Waited several minutes inside and no one would come to the register to talk to us. Two girls standing in the back doing nothing. One even looked at us and then walked further into the back. Finally left to eat somewhere else.
I went through the driver thru and the speaker was broken. Then I waited in line for half an hour. I timed one order and it took almost 10 minutes. Terrible service
Everytime I come to this Jimmy John's they mess up my order somehow. I keep making excuses for why. But the past two times have made it clear the employees here just don't care. Today I asked for a #2 in an unwhich with no shredded lettuce and add cucumbers. Bite into my sandwich and it's literally the spicest thing ever, look and they added peppers to my sandwich instead of cucumbers. Last time I ordered the same thing and I got a sandwich with bread.
Staff were really nice and didn't make me feel like I had to rush. And my sammich was delicious.
Jimmy John's is always great, but the people here are very friendly. I love it!
Ordered an Italian sub. Asked for NO mayonnaise. Was told mayonnaise didn't come on the Italian sub. Got home and sub had oil, vinegar AND mayonnaise. Taste sucks! Why can't they get this right?
Takes about an hour from when I ordered, for delivery, even when I’m next door. I thought Jimmy Johns was supposed to be fast! They got here, and forgot my drink that I paid for. They never came back with it. They ripped me off. Will never order Jimmy John’s again.
The food was fresh and delicious! Hate going to a sandwich place and it not have fresh ingredients but this Jimmy John's has fresh food and the most friendly staff! Will definitely be going back to this location
