Ordered online for pickup and the 4 sandwiches were done super fast and got to me first despite a line. Plus it was delicious!
The very best sub I have had in years, a simple turkey provolone on wheat. But it was superb! I definitely will be back!!! No photo as it was gone before I thought about it!!!
Way too expensive and over priced.It's just a sandwich.... lower your prices.$16-$18 for a sub is ridiculous.I won't be back.Edit: I also got food poisoning as I threw up when I got back to the jobsite. My co-worker got sick too.
The sandwiches are normally delicious. Please provide better customer service training to the employees at this location. 3 Tbsp of mayo and 1/4 cup of oil should not be present on $10 sandwiches, especially when I'm pressured to tip. This has happened several times at this location.
I just want to say congrats to the 5 young people working at this location on May 25,2022 at 8: 30 pm. There was a very unhappy customer in the store. These young people held their composure and were very courteous and level headed. She was VERY difficult for no other reason than she was having a bad day and took it out on them. Their boss should be proud. Will return to this location more often now.
I posted a review earlier detailing my exasperation with the restaurant after they lost my order and I had to wait over a half an hour despite placing the order online to avoid such an occurrence. However I was given a voucher on the spot and the owner has reached out in an attempt to make the situation right. Everyone makes mistakes, but at least the management of the restaurant takes ownership of those mistakes. Just a sidenote I went to another location on Riverdale Road and had a much better experience. I feel it is only fair that my new review reflect my current outlook on the situation in light of their efforts.
Food great...but not 1 person knew if the price went up on subs.They did go up...and $16.50 for a large sub. NOPE$18 after tax.Nope...this is my last trip to Mike's
So clean all around. Very important when choosing a place to eat. Menu was large enough, not to large. Serving was right in line with price. Loved that I could watch them prepare and cook my order. It was wonderfully delicious. I will be back.
This is my all time favorite sandwich shop. It’s the crew!! I’m fairly new to the area and stop by on the way to work. They declared me a regular, remembered my choices, make suggestions and greet me when i visit. Why would i go anywhere else.
My wife and daughter both have celiac, and LOVE the gluten free sandwiches here. However, our most recent experience here will definitely be our last. Even a small request to change gloves to help minimize contamination gets met with eye rolls, sighs, and general rudeness. I'm a super patient, polite, easy going guy. I have been on the other side of the counter and know what people in the service industry deal with from some folks. I try very hard to make sure my interaction is pleasant for these workers. But after this has happened literally EVERY TIME I visit this store, I can't go back. I hope you can get your customer service issues worked out.
