We went to Jamba Juice last night about 25 minutes to closing because my daughter has been sick & unable to keep anything down so a smoothie sounded refreshing.This was my first time visiting this location. We pulled up to the drive thru and were quickly greeted my a happy gentleman who was quick to provide me with suggestions and answer questions.I choose the peanut butter moo’d and my daughter had the apple n’ greens.At the window we were pleasantly greeted by a young lady who was super sweet.The drinks were delicious and the staff was incredible. If you need a refreshing smoothie go check them out.
I've never really had an issue with Jamba. The quality is always great and never had a wrong order or bad service. I dont necessarily enjoy paying $6-7 dollars for a smoothie.....but sometimes I'm lazy at home and dont want to do it myself. :P
I love the smoothies but they are getting really expensive.

Id give jamba as a whole a better score but this store on Harrison is something else. I show up at opening, cos that’s when they’re supposed to be open, and they tell me to wait 30-40 minutes til they REALLY open. Yeah, the hours of operation are listed on the site, you’re either open and running or late and failing. This is late and failing. Three sets of people in the parking lot and two people in the drive through and you want people to go elsewhere? Good luck if this is a franchise.
It's strictly drive thru but they keep the line moving well and the staff is friendly. A convenient location and they do their best in a situation where supply chain sometimes breaks down.

I was the only customer, they gave me completely wrong change (stole from me) and then they very rude when I told them the change was off and they stated they’re just really busy yet there was one car in the parking lot. Lazy incompetent workers.
