I know it's probably shocking to see a 5-star rating for a place like IHOP, and maybe it's inflated because my expectations were low, but tonight I was pleasantly surprised by not only the food, but the service. We were greeted and seated immediately upon entry, all of our orders were done correctly with our personalized requests (all 6 orders had adjustments), our server was friendly, happy, responsive, and attentive. Everyone was pleased with the food taste and quality (and we ordered a range of items from breakfast to burgers and shakes). Even on the ride home the kids all commented about how good the food was. For a Saturday night, the place was pretty dead, so that probably helped with the attention we got from our server. But it picked up a little as we were leaving and he even shouted goodbye to us as he was making shakes for another table.
Not that great of an experience for us this time.Coffee was a little dull, the smoked sausage was incredibly similar to a ballpark hot dog, and short staffed it seemed.I won't begrudge the staff for being short handed in the world today, but the overall experience left my dining party wishing we had gone somewhere else this time.All in all, food left us wanting and I remember this location being far better than our last experience.
IHOP is always IHOP. Felt a little bit trashy, but the staff was kind and the food was fine. The kids devoured their breakfast plates.

The food was super yummy. We have been many times and we're always happy. I would not recommend the ice tea as it was not the tastiest tea I've had. The service is always fantastic! The servers are so nice and the atmosphere is so relaxed. I would definitely recommend everything about his location except he tea.
The food was good...BUT the place was dirty and the 2 staff members that waited on us did not look very presentable. Our waitress was in sweats and her hiegene was questionable. Greasy hair!! But she was nice and prompt
Whenever I eat at IHOP, I almost ALWAYS get the Swedish Crepes, they are divine. The Lingonberries provide just the perfect mix of sweet and tart. We had great service too.
Don’t bother eating, they don’t even try to get the right order for Mobil orders it’s been 3 times in a row that my order has not been what I wanted but just what the chef threw together, the only correct item was the pancakes on top to hide the rest of the incorrect food. This is unacceptable please fix your crew sincerely everyone who orders from the Mobile app
Friend and I ordered pancakes and were disgusted to find hundred of hair balls BAKED IN to the pancakes. It almost seemed intentional. I’m not one to be a Karen, but when I called to express the complaint, stating I didn’t want a refund or any compensation, and told the girl on the phone that there was a lot of hair in our food, she basically laughed in my face and started talking to someone else, laughing and then got back on after a long time to say “Okay thanks” and hung up. Overall, I don’t think I’ll ever be eating at an IHOP again. Super gross. Please get hair nets and better customer service.
