We went through the drive through yesterday and ordered a 5 piece tender. I was given a 3 piece tender so I called and asked if I could get my order fixed or just get the other two tenders. I talked to Megan and she said she would leave a note for the others to know to replace it for me when I come by today. She’s was super sweet nice and helpful. I get there today and talk to the manager on duty and he says that he can’t do anything for me because there was no note left and I didn’t have my receipt, only because it was never given to me in the first place. All I wanted was for my order to be fixed and the manager on duty “couldn’t” or just wouldn’t do anything for me.
Really busy place, service was pretty quick though. Burger was really good, fries were served hot and fresh. They have the really thin fries which I don't prefer but they had some sort of seasoning on them which was really tasty! We were too full to get ice cream but the shakes looked good. Generous portion of fries included with burger.
Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steak burgers is a good place that is worth eating once. There is a few items worth eating again, but there are places that I like a little more for the price. We ordered three different combos with different sides and a regular sundae to have a good tasting. The double jalapeno burger with pepper jack cheese was the best of the three burgers. Got cheese curds on the side which were good but a little salty. I got the spicy chicken sandwich which was disappointing and worst of the three and would not order again. I got onion rings which were good and worth ordering. The single burger was not very good as the patties are too thin but comes with a lot of good onions and pickles. Recommend buying a double at the minimum. Had the fries which are thin and very good. They do offer spicy and normal fry sauce which are both good. The sundae we got was dirt and worms which was very good and really enjoyed their custard. Overall not quite a four star place for us as we would only order a few things again, but rounding up as it is a possible place for us to grab some items again from them.
Amazing place to go to! Great food and friendly associates. The steakburgers are delicious, and the fries with the fry sauce are yum. This is my to youngest daughter’s favorite place to go to on daddy-daughter dates. Might be the atmosphere or it might be the frozen custard.Update April 2022: Wish that I could keep it at a 5, but my order today was messed up. Still a great place, but when the wrong condiments are added/not removed, it isn’t quite as enjoyable as when it’s just the way you asked for.
This place is so good! We always love Freddy’s food. What was so impressive to me about this visit was their incredible cleaning protocols. While we ate lunch they deep cleaned all the tables and chairs and floors next to us. I hate eating at places that feel dirty, but this is NOT one of those places. Super impressive and super grateful. Way to go Freddy’s!
Overall, it was excellent. The food was well flavored with great portions. The staff were pretty hands off, but efficient. One was wearing a black hoodie with a lot of marks that made it look super dirty; they brought out our shakes and I was at first worried something might have gotten into our shakes because of that, only to find out the hoodie was clean. It just looked a little bad. Otherwise, it was great.

The food is good but something is always broken here. For example one day they can't take cash and the next they ran put of certain food. (Update) the customer service was great. They got back to me and were so nice. They will work with you to fix you problems. Because of that I give them 4 stars instead of 3 before.
I got a kid's meal with the Burger made California style. I was Rather impressed with the size portion but the Burger was barely barely warm and and the fries were warm but not hot.
Really good tasting steak burger. I was impressed. The fries are very thin, which I personally wasn't a fan of, although better than In-N-Out :).The jalapeno fry sauce was quite tasty and a great addition to the burger and fries.I would come back here and eat again, overall nothing to complain about. Have eaten here 2 times via the drive-thru so have not been inside to comment there.
