When I say the customer service here is magnificent. Everyone on the staff knows my drink before I pull up and order! haha. But not only the amazing customer service. The workers are always so chipper and uplifting! Always putting smiles on many faces in our household before a sometimes after a long days of work, for some of us that goes a very long way Thank you all for begin so kind and friendly.!:)
We waited 15 to 20 mins in the sun at the outside order window for 2 drinks and the staff was 100% non empathetic...the last 4 times our hot coffees were both slightly chilled/warm at best I think my family is done going to this place..."Update upset stomach"...I just mentioned to my wife how my stomach gets upset and achy after drinking their coffee and she said she thought it was just her and she's experiencing the same thing. I should note we are both big #1 coffee drinkers?
I come to this Dutch bros almost every morning and I’m greeted with nothing but kindness! I love that I get a chance to stop here before I head up the canyon to my job. They are all great people and I stop by there enough that I’ve made friends with quite a few of them. I’ve had overall just a wonderful experience from them!!
My partner and I love this place! I love the selection of sugar free drinks that they can make!BTW, if you do get a sugar free drink that and you want it to taste like a cream sickle then order it with a "soft top". The soft top is not sugar free but it takes it to the next level!
Talk about customer service!!! These guys are amazing and lovely people! Jadyn took our order and was perfectly nice. The drinks were awesome too! Super lovely people who make bomb.com coffee drinks! Asked how we were doing and what our plans were and were just so sociable and easy. Made a bad day so much better!
LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Absolutely amazing coffee. We loved all 4! And the Staff has the most perfect VIBE! From the guy in the pink shirt to the 2 babes that took our order to the Super friendly cutie at the drive thru window! This crew ROCKS! Never going to that S word coffee shop again????
This place ❤️❤️❤️. The staff is always at 100 percent. I'd go there just to see their positive vibes. Wonderful people. Their coffee is great too but man these peeps are the best at customer service
My mains that I get are the hot mocha or the carmalizer. I highly recommend both. There's a saying at my school that only hot people drink Dutch bros and the elite humans work there. This location does not let that saying down. Good music, great atmosphere, wonderful workers.
I love this place, So happy to have one in my area! The staff is so nice and always so helpful when wanting to try new drinks. What people need to know is this isn't just a coffee place they have so many options! Teas, energy drinks, homemade sodas, the flavor choices are never ending they also have sugar free options! It's a really fun and new place to try if you are in the area
When I went here about a week ago, they were amazing! The girl was so outgoing (I wish I knew her name ☹️, but she asked me if I liked Spotify or Apple Music which Spotify is way better ?) and way faster than the Riverdale location!
