One of my favorite restaurants in Ogden. Great Chinese food, huge menu, fast service, fair prices, everything you could want from a restaurant and more.Food always comes out HOT too, which really speaks volumes about how fresh everything is. It's like a home-cooked meal, right out of the pan.
The interior is very out-dated, but we didn't come to Dragon Resturant for ambiance - we came for good Chinese food.As appetizers we ordered Pan Fried Dumplings (Pot Stickers) as appetizers, they were a little dry but had very good flavor - will order again.I ordered Moo-Shu Pork which arrived already wrapped in thin, firm pancakes. This item was also a little drier that usual (could have used a little more plum sauce on the pancake), but that also meant that the pancakes did not dissolve and break apart. The flavor was very good.My wife ordered Cashew Chicken, there was not an abundance of cashews, but again the flavor was excellent.Everything was cooked well and arrived promptly. Service was friendly and prompt, we were checked on frequently and our hot water for tea was replenished quickly without having to make a request.It's the best Chinese food we've found since we moved here 2 years ago. We'll be coming back.
This restaurant was amazing! Most of the hole in the wall restaurants are! You could tell it was like a home cooked meal. I ordered the generals chicken. One of my favorites!
Wow. Great deal $6.25 for lunch and comes with soup! Had the Szechuan three ingredients. Good stuff!
My new Ogden favorite! Cheap, fast, delicious, filling. We got the house special low mein (my fav), dragon special, and Sze. 3 choice(?) special during lunch. The staff were awesome!
Pretty good. Would have been better if our whole party was served at same time. The prep and cook time was a bit longer than expected. Altogether decent time. Try the green beans and shrimp it won't disappoint.
I don't have much basis for comparison, as this is the first Chinese place we've tried since moving here in June. However, I doubt I'll go anywhere else now, because the food was fantastic! HUGE menu, great food, nice people...highly recommended! The tangerine beef is my favorite so far.
DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS PLACE!! It may be the best Chinese food I’ve had...ever. It's so FRESH! Everything is more than reasonably priced. Especially the lunch special- it’s so good and seriously you won’t find a better value. I passed by this place for so long and never went in. ?♀️ But once I tried it... It became one of my favorite restaurants in the state. ?? HIDDEN GEM. Also, they are SO accomidating to dietary restrictions! I was able to make my order gluten free and they were SO good about working with me on that. 5 stars. I’ve attached a photo of the lunch special menu! Trust me, just try it.
Food was really good. Employees very friendly. Didnt have to wait long for service/food. Will go back.
