We ordered pizza and cheesy bread for lunch at our office. I don’t normally leave bad reviews because I prefer to give the benefit of the doubt most of the time, but this was terrible. I give two stars because we had no problem with the delivery. It was ordered online and brought to the right place on time. However, the pizza was overcooked and did not look appetizing. I guess it did keep us from starving the rest of the afternoon. I can’t say the same for the cheesy bread. It looked terrible and I didn’t give it a chance to see how it tasted. I couldn’t get past how bad it looked. I should’ve read the other reviews before I even ordered but it’s the only pizza place close to our office so we didn’t have a lot of choice. It sounds like it does no good to complain directly to the store so all I can do is add my review to the pile of others.
Said that we are too far out of their delivery radius. We are little under 3 miles away. The told us a slightly closer location was having staffing/delivery issues and if they aren’t answering their phone there was nothing they could do. Why is it so hard to just order a pizza?
This store has really gone through challenges since Covid began and a big turn over in employees but I give them all credit as it has really shown that they've all truly cared and put forth tremendous efforts in the overall success of the store,I see new faces once again but I want to say thank you to past and current employees for your hard work and the care you applied for your customers. :)
Ordered 2 pizzas and both were inaccurate and lacking in quality. Asked for several "extra" toppings but we got nothing extra except for the cheese which we asked for "easy". Basically got the opposite of what we ordered. One pizza had to be remade and we weren't offered any freebies or refunds for the inconvenience and wasted time. Also ordered sausage on half and the person who made it put only 5 pieces of sausage on it. Skimpflation is real, folks!
The worst customer service ever. The disrespect was real. Old five foot tall lady with no teeth and the redhead with no eyebrows had such attitude. Would suggest going farther for your pizza.
They aren't actually open until midnight during the week and until 0100 on weekends. This store is open until 2000 everyday, according to a sign posted on the door. While this may be a temporary situation, temporarily post the correct hours on google maps, or at least the official Domino's website.
We love the pizza, but the service is always severely lacking here. Not only are the employees rude, but this store chooses not to answer their phone. Ever.
If I could give negative stars I would. The pizza was cold burnt and not even cut. When we ordered it said 33 minutes until delivery it arrived an hour and a half late I tried to call the store because I was just going to pick it up and it showed in quality review for 60 minutes I was on hold for over 40 minutes just tontry to find out what was going on. I have tried multiple times to contact the store and it is just a recording over and over. Worst experience ever with a Domino's pizza. I will never give them my business again waste of money. The delivery driver couldn't find the address I was standing outside with a flashlight on he drove past 3 times before he finally found us. Not a single apology. I understand that places are short staffed but this was unacceptable.
In the past Dominos here is really good. Pizza is usually on time and very good quality ingredients. As of recent I cant call or even use the online app to order. I wanted to order tonight actually, but I waited on the phine for 20 minutes and nothing. I hope they pull it together, pay employees more, and start getting back to business.
The store does not answer the phone. They do not allow online orders. Used to get pretty good pizza here, but since they are effectively closed I have to give them a 1 Star review.
