I frequent the 25th Street Coldstone because I work on 25th Street. I take clients here 3 or 4 times a week. The crew is always friendly! The Manager, Amy, is an amazing individual. I have been there enough to know that she hires employees with limited skills and that other companies will not hire. I have witnessed twice this week a customer complaining and bad mouthing the manager when she wasn't even working- and they implied she was there at the time of the complaint. I asked the employee about it and they said a disgruntled employee, that has mental issues, quit with no notice and is sending people in to complain. I find this disgusting. I have witnessed how Amy treats her employees and customers. If you know Amy and have received excellent service from her and her crew- I am asking you to write a review and lets overshadow this deplorable immaturity. If people knew all the kind, wonderful things Amy does on a daily basis, they wouldn't dare say 1 single bad thing about her. I will always take clients to the 25th Street Coldstone because of Amy.
I normally have a great experience at this location. I’ve never had an issue before. But as I came in today and waited in line, I noticed that an employee was touching the food with his bare hands. And as a different employee asked him if he was going to put gloves on (because he should) This employee said he didn’t have to because he’s the owner. That attitude and the fact that he was touching the food with his bare hands made me walk right out the door..
I genuinely love this place. The manager is phenomenal, the cakes are beautiful, the ice cream is *chefs kiss*! so you can imagine my disappointment when I came in today and saw a 20 somethin year old man making orders and touching food with NO GLOVES ON!!! I even heard the manager ask him to put gloves on and he said no and that he “didn’t have to” I ended up leaving without my ice cream. Not only is it gross to handle peoples food without gloves, it also shows that he has a complete disregard for the health of the patrons and has no respect for his manager. I hope that this employee is reprimanded and made to take more food handlers classes or is fired.
Love coldstone. What I don’t love is one employee who doesn’t care about their work. The one on the right was supposed to look similar to the other-> appetizing. This guy decided to mash it into a mushy sloppy mess. The girl employee who made the other clearly takes pride in her work and it looks great and tastes fantastic. I wish I caught her name because she deserves the tip tonight.
My original order was incorrect and the manager Amy resolved my issue quickly with professionalism and kindness. All of the workers were very sweet and the cupcakes were perfect. Thank you
The open sign is on. We showed up at 850 PM and they had two people in the store. They had locked the doors so no one could get in. In my opinion, if you close at 9 PM, your doors should remain unlocked until 9 PM; you don't lock your doors 10 minutes early. Very unprofessional.
We come in every now and then… it’s usually not too bad. But tonight wasn’t great. We got a kid size and usually it isn’t just two spoonfuls of ice cream. They didn’t chop the toppings. We got two shakes and the one was totally liquid. The other one was blended so much that the toppings just mixed in rather chunky and it was just awful. We threw most of it away. Probably won’t come to this location again.
Great energy, awesome service and the pumpkin bread ice-cream was outstanding!Whoever the ladies were working on 10/21/2021 were beyond amazing and compassionate. Our little one made a mess there and they were all exceptional, they were very helpful andade us feel comfortable. They all need a raise.

The ice cream is always top notch. But tonight one of the employees was just highly engaging in talk and interest in the customers. I wish I remembered his name. What a positive experience.
