Great food and service. However, people need to check to make sure they are given all of their food. Twice in a row now we have driven all the way home to discover they have forgotten to give us food. We actually went to get some food and get some free fries because they forgot them on our previous visit and then wouldn't you know it they forgot my wife's salad this time. There's mistakes and then there's carelessness. Twice in a row is starting to look like the latter.
Not happy with my recent experience in the drive thru with this location. Usually the food and service is on point.Both meals received were cold like it had been sitting for a long time, and the drinks were flat. I tried to contact the local store to advise them of the issue and no one answered, you intentionally get forwarded to a voicemail when trying to report an issue with your order and don’t get to talk to the actual store. Considering the fact that my experience is usually great I have removed two stars for the service at this location.
Poor customer service. Person taking order was nice enough but he screwed up our order and when we asked them to make it right at the front, they threw a fit and acted like we were trying to cheat them out of money, when, in fact, we just wanted our order right. Manager was a total jerk when he came over to see how he could help. Will not be supporting this location ever again. Definitely wasn’t a “my pleasure” experience!!
We usually love Chic fil a but we ordered 2 nights in a row through door dash and they refused to pass our review on to you. We had the spicy southwest salad both nights, we asked for 2 dressings both nights. The first night we received 1 dressing and the second night we received 0 dressing. Our orders were on May 6th and May 7th 2022. Very dissatisfied.
Always great service at this place! The efficiency at which they fulfill orders is unmatched and the food is not only delicious, but also made as odered, every time.
Delicious as always. And super fast line at the drive thru!! It's amazing how quickly they get people through there even with large lines of cars!
02Feb2022 7:29am. Best Chick-fill-A I’ve ever been too. The employees in the drive through are super nice and friendly, you can feel and tell they like their job. I will always choose to come here from now on.
My neice and I go to any chick FIL a a lot. Before my mom passed away it's the only fast food she would eat. ? ❤️. I like all of them. This one a little more. In Riverdale when we used to ask for the food cooked just a few second longer...they would do it. The food just st always tastes better tht way. Little crispy too. But they won't do it anymore. So odd. They just say no.i still like ve them they are still kind people. But this chick FIL a is exceptional. We get our food the way we like it everytime. They never get upset over it either. So if you like ur food the way we like ours???? This is the place to go. ?
Thomas was working outside and taking our order. He was very nice and understanding, he did his best and it showed. Great guy. Even brought my drink out in advance as there was a long line. Great job. Give this kid a shout out.
This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location. food is fresh, tastes great. And LOOKS good! It is pretty much always busy but they keep the line moving well.
