The car infront of me had been sitting their a whole five minutes before just driving off because no one was taking his order. I had to yell "hello" into the box before anyone even acknowledged that there was a line of cars in the drive waiting to be served. After I ordered and had my card taken the lady on drives was literally sitting there sipping a milkshake. And the guy who took my card had his back tuned to me while playing on his phone. After a super long time I finally got my food.
Family of 4 waited in line for 20 minutes to only be told that they were closed. What was worse was that we had to wait behind three car in front of us we couldn't back up because there was three cars be hind us equally as upset as we were. And the icing on the cake was the manager, seemed like the only word he spoke was sorry. so 30 minutes of my time I'll never get back but also will never waste one minute giving you business again and everyone I speak to I'll suggest the same. Horrible customer service. And will not return everyone can understand that a place needs open hours and closed hours but when the drive through is full you would expect that the ones in line would be the last served that night especially if you had arrived with considerable time left till closing Time.i wrote this at 11:07 in the line at del taco.
I have always been a fan of Carl's Jr/Hardee's all over the country. I have been to probably about 50 of them. This one on 12 St. in Ogden is by far the most poorly ran one I have ever been to. I have received the wrong food many times. The last 4 times I went there for biscuits and gravy they told me that they were out. This time I called first and they told me they had some. Then I drove there and they told me they haven't made any gravy yet today but they can make the gravy in about 40 minutes if I want to wait. There were zero other customers there. Then the kid that answered the phone said he tried to call me back but he didn't have my #. I don't go to the drive thru because the Hispanic woman that is always running it can not speak English at all. We come to a standstill and I drove off 3 times. This is the first bad review I have ever given in my life. The manager of this store needs to be replaced.
The people working were idiots. We gave them the change and they couldn’t put it in because they already put it in the computer. Apparently they can’t do simple math. They also let us order our drinks. When we got to the window their Sprite wasn’t working they said. So I asked if they had Powerade they told me yes and then told me it wasn’t working either. Burgers were poorly made and their Dr Pepper was gross. They need to work on their hiring and training processes. I will not be back when night shift is working
This place has adults working like children.... the lady watch the kid mess up my chicken sandwich and let me leave with it. Then when I took it back she knew it had cheese on it when I asked for no cheese.. plus kids in the back aren't wearing mask!!! Smelli g my bacon as he puts it on my sandwich. #disgusting
Let me start with the kid at the drive through was extremely rude from start to finish. As soon as I pulled up he said "What do you want?" in the rudest tone. When I tried to order everything was "out" so I could only order what he wanted me to in large size only. When I get to the window he doesn't give me my receipt and ignored my request for one (hence my review here) I didn't get the onion rings I ordered and he was again super rude when I asked for fry sauce (which they didn't have). My Dr.Pepper was also mostly soda water. I wont be wasting $25 for two burgers, one fry, and carbonated water again.
We waited a long time, maybe close to 10 minutes, at the drive through for our food. The food was okay. They may have been short staffed? It was evening time on a weekday.
Just ordered 2 guac burgers and 2 California burgers... Got none of the above even when we had them repeat it back for the size of the burger. I don't love that we paid for a more expensive burger and got a single patty pretty basic one... Normally I don't complain to much but this happens everytime I go.
This place is a hit or miss, but the number of misses have made me not want to go back. They never have impossible burgers so I get trapped in the line and can’t order the one thing I eat here, which is the only reason I go here. The sides (fries, zucchini, etc) are either stale, hard, cold, and old as hell (frequently) or fresh, piping hot, crispy and delicious. The staff are either incredibly nice and friendly and give great service or they’re rude (usually nice though). I’ve just had too many experiences where the food is cold, hard, and burnt or had been sitting out getting gross or they straight up did not have anything I wanted to eat available to order. The only reason for the two stars is because of how friendly the staff usually is. I don’t expect much from a fast food joint, but I’m sick of being disappointed here after having gotten such good food before from this place.
I usually love Carls Jr but this just isn’t the store if you want to go. I got food poisoning after eating here last night. The employees just don’t want to be there, they seemed angry that we came to get food at 9pm.
